Went to lunch at Mo Betta Gumbo and ordered the hush pups, which were the best I've ever had. Also enjoyed the shrimp etoufee. We sat outside on the patio on a very beautiful day. Monday's they also give free French Beignet. They were very good but 300 calories is a lot for that small pleasure.

This place is quite the find. Unbelievable great Cajun food, from the incredible waiter Jacob to the funky atmosphere, and Moonshine, yes wonderful flavored real moonshine, what more could you ask for with Cajun food. You really got to try this place.

We have visited Mo Betta several times and each experience brings a smile to my face. The food and drinks are flavorful, but the people make this a don't miss spot. Not just the staff are friendly, the customers that this place attracts are just as friendly and colorful.

Local beers on tap and several flavors of moonshine or swamp water are available.

Save room for some delish deserts too!

Had a good experience at lunch. Few people there at 1:15 pm. Good, messy chicken po'boy sandwich. Artichoke dip appetizer was served with a big layer of grease on the top...and it was explained that it was the type of cheese they use. I'd pour it off before serving. They have interesting flavors of moonshine. Hush puppies were good with a tasty sauce. Service was friendly. Atmosphere is eclectic and fun. It's a nice addition to downtown Loveland. Try it.

We had stopped at Mo' Betta' Gumbo on Saturday to get something cold to drink while antiquing in lovely old downtown Loveland. It is extremely cute on the inside with great, creative decor. The waitresses we had were very friendly and helpful. So....we decided to come back for dinner there on Sunday night, which is advertised as the night they have a crawdad boil dinner. Well, unfortunately when we came back, we and another couple were standing outside and it was clearly closed. We were all a bit disappointed, but since it was Labor Day weekend perhaps they gave their staff the day off. I hope that one day we can go back to Loveland and dine here. We ended up walking down the street and had a fabulous dinner at the 4th Street Chop House.
