Took a ride on a rainy day from Estes park on a fluke...found this restaurant here on TA...cannot say enough about it. Great menu with food perfectly prepared, you can tell the chef put some very creative thought into the menu...highly recommend.

We (two couples) had dinner here this past weekend. We found the interior decor interesting and read later that it is all reclaimed and reused from other buildings which was rather cool. They have an outdoor patio, however that was full when we were there - it is not a large area outside. Our appetizers and dinners were very good. I must comment on the superb Bloody Mary they server there as well. It had garlic in it and was extremely tasty! One of our appetizers were razor clams (a special that night) and they were fabulous - very fresh and apparently came from Washington state. The servers were cheerful and attentive. Prices were very reasonable for the fresh, tasty ingredients they serve. We definitely would go back here.

Varied menu highlighting local food sources, we've had consistently enjoyable experiences at Next Door. The food has been excellent (both lunches and dinners) and service has been outstanding! It's our favorite restaurant in Loveland.

We spent two weeks in the Denver area - from Vail to Estes Park - and the night we decided to take a "road trip" from Estes Park to Loveland for dinner was the most memorable (great scenery) and best-tasting meal we had throughout our entire trip. And we ate at some classic and great places in Vail and Estes Park. We called ahead for reservations and the friendly hostess reserved a cozy outward-facing booth for us. We sat down at 5:45 and so enjoyed a few happy hour-priced drinks and appetizers - the pork belly was amazing. And then we split the duck for dinner and the chef dressed two plates - terrific presentation and fantastic flavors. Dessert too - all good. And the whole bill was like for like $51.00!! - for a drink, appetizers, split dinner and split dessert. Amazing. What a find in what felt like "the middle of nowhere" for us road-trekkers. Too bad Next Door is not next door to where we live!!
