On check-in Christa mentioned that coffee was available 24/7. After driving 15 hours I mentioned that coffee would be my first destination after we brought our luggage in. Within 5 minutes, Christa was at our door with a cup of hot coffee. There was a small problem with the toilet continually running. Again, it was mentioned and was responded to immediately and fixed within a half hour. This was our first stay at a Hilton owned hotel. Normally we stay at the Marriott. During our entire 5 day stay, all the staff including Christa, Esther from housekeeping and the gentleman who took care of the pool were extremely accommodating. The hot breakfast changes daily and there are always cold items such as mixed fruit, pastries, cold cereal as well as hot cereal. Additionally the freshly baked cookies each day late afternoon is appreciated. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave at no extra charge & large enough desk work space for both of us to use at the same time. The room was much more spacious than most, unless you are staying in a suite.

The hotel is very close to Boulder and situated in an area of many different restaurants all within about a 5 to 7 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again. Although we did not need it, it was very gratifying to see that both the pool and hot tub had a handicapped lift into each to enable ALL guests including those with disabilities, to use both.

Room Tip: The first floor rooms near the side entrances have parking right outside the entrance. This makes...

I stayed one night for a business trip and find it to be a very nice Hampton Inn. It was convenient to drive to Boulder for dinner and had good nearby streets and paths for a run in the morning. The front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was nice as well - even a Denver omlette (albeit a simple one).

I spent 5 nights at the hotel. The staff were always friendly and efficient.
Having coffee on tap all day and free cookies each evening was a nice touch.
The free breakfast was good, a different hot choice each day plus cereal, fruit, pastries etc.
By the end of my stay I even got used to eating off paper plates!
There is a supermarket and McDonald's across the road,

Recently I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Westminster CO and was VERY Impressed, their service was wonderful, breakfast was well attended and all staff were attentive and helpful. I suppose they set the bar pretty high and this Hampton didn't quite measure up. On the positive side, this Hampton is in a nice area, convenient to quite a few restaurants, a movie theater and shopping. The rooms were clean and relatively noise free. On the not so positive side, 3 Times during my stay I had to have my keys redone as they kept failing. (After a long drive back from work, this is annoying) The side door wouldn't open with a key regardless of who was trying to open it. Breakfast, cookies etc when put out, once an item was out, it was just out, there was no re-stocking of it. The Breakfast to go bags were non-existent except for 2 days out of a week long stay. Housekeeping was okay, but one day I put my things on the little tray that says "Hampton Inn", this must not be allowed as I came back to find my things strewn on the rest of the bathroom counter with my hairbrush on top of my toothbrush and I had even left a tip! Numerous times I had to wait for someone at the front desk as they weren't there and were no where to be seen. While there, I asked them to mail a postcard to my grand daughter for me. She still has not received it, guessing this just wasn't done. I know others raved about this hotel but honestly, I don't have much to rave about here and will choose a different Hotel going forward.

Room Tip: Try for the third floor, it's a bit quieter. Good luck getting a King bed, not sure if they eve...

Service was above and beyond! We accidentally left our "Do Not Disturb" sign out on a day we wanted fresh sheets and only realized our mistake after the housekeepers had left. So Julia from the front desk and Herberto from maintenance brought us fresh towels and even changed the sheets on our beds. Very impressed!

We recently stayed here for a family wedding and vacation. Louisville is a very nice area -- lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Super convienient to downtown Boulder and less than 40 minutes to Denver and airport.
The only issue we encountered was a leak with our bathroom toilet. We ended up switching rooms and having no other problems. The staff was helpful.
It looked like this hotel had been recently updated with new decor. Everything was modern and clean. The free breakfast was good each morning with different choices.

I travel for work and stay in Hamptons constantly. This is the nicest one I have been to. Very new, beautifully decorated rooms. Love the dark wood. Has a chalet type feel that fits in with the area. Convenient not only to Denver, but we were also able to enjoy the Rocky Mountain state park from here. Was great because I had work to do in Denver but we wanted to see the mouintains.
