We visited on a Friday night with a group of eight. Our reservation was for 7 PM and the staff seated us promptly. It was quite busy and the kitchen was probably swamped, so it took about 45 minutes to get our entrees. The good news -- it was worth the wait. Not a single negative comment at our table, and thee guests from Atlanta said it was the best prepared Itallian food they had ever eaten. Service was attentive but not overbearing.
If you are in the area from Golden to Boulder, Via Toscana is definitely worth your while. Ignore the outside of the building. Inside the decor and ambiance are totally different, and the food is fantastic.
