The happy hour is a great way to try a few of their plates without getting too full and enjoying their delicious bread and olive oil. The service was extremely good and I enjoyed the atmosphere (music and decor). Owners are bit eccentric, and the staff is so pleasant. Will be back soon!

“Splendid Italian. Fabulous Bread. Varied Menu. Wow!”
Reviewed September 5, 2013

a Vibrant location was hopping on a Sunday evening. The menu has so many great choices we had trouble choosing entrees. Wife ordered the muddled jalapeno martini with sugared rim. Very different. I had a glass of the daily special "red" wine. Appetizers were the Grilled Baby Artichoke and also the Calamari. Both were delicious. They served home-made bread with EVO and it was fabulous.
Entrees selected were the Shrimp with Fetticini in a Saffron Cream Sauce. Wife had the Veal Saltambocca over mashed potatoes with Pearl Onions and Peas. Outstanding!!!
Desert was a Lemon Sorbet mixed with Gelatto and home-made Lemoncello. A teriffic ending to a great meal. I strongly recommend this place and am so jealous of the locals who can caome back often!

“Mangia”
Reviewed September 4, 2013

Visited the restaurant with son and his family while staying with them in Colorado. The mozzarella was creamy and served with prosciutto. The veal was thin and tender as it should be. The Colorado trout was cooked to perfection and the scallops were delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meals. The pasta and meatballs taste like homemade. It is a taste of Italy out West. Don't miss it if you are in the area.

“Yum!”
Reviewed August 20, 2013

We now have been to Parma twice. The food is delicious! I am dairy-free and able to find enough to eat. Just wish they had some GF bread to mop up the divine olive oil/garlic/basil drippings over the shrimp. Husband had a very interesting-looking pizza there last Sat. and loved it - large enough for him to finish the rest for lunch the next day. Friend #1 had the spaghetti and clams and he was delighted to see the clamshells arrive at the table - he loved it. Friend #2 had chicken parmagiana and was surprised at how well the chicken was cooked, without tons of breading, and how correct our waiter was about it not being garlicky. A great dark stout from Oregon made the menfolk smile. Will we return? You bet. The Happy Hour (Monday nights and every day til 6) is also worth a return visit.

Lunch is delicious, and dinner is heavenly. The wait staff is professional and well informed. There is a cheese bar, and they make some of their own cheeses; the menu is interesting. Affordable, too!
