We stayed here after checking out of a less pleasant hotel in the Denver area. Room seemed clean and we were comfortable there. Seems to be a very safe hotel in a nice area. Our room was extremely quiet! Never heard anyone or anything throughout our stay. They do have good breakfast options in the morning for a small fee. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Traveling with my elderly Dad for four nights to visit my nearby brother and his family. I have stayed here before and this property is beginning to show its age a bit, especially in the room. Though the beds are wonderfully comfortable.
The entire staff here made this a great experience for us. From the front desk staff (ryan, steve, et al) were always welcoming and helpful. My Dad has some trouble walking and they would come behind the front desk to open the door from him. When does that happen at a hotel? They were all great about information and suggestions.
Ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant (which only serves breakfast). Robin and the staff were great. She always remembered us and was really helpful assisting my Dad. The food is plentiful and very well priced.
The hotel has a computer room , gym and indoor pool and whirlpool. Majority of guests seem to be business people. On Sunday night, the hotel was empty, but each morning and evening, it was busy. Though the rooms always remained quiet.
One small problem was communicating with the housekeeper. She spoke very little English. Our room was located where she would start her day. She would knock and ask if we wanted service. If I didn't invite her in (which I didn't because my Dad wasn't dressed yet), she would never come back. Two of our four nights we had no service and I made our beds and went to the front desk to get fresh towels.
Besides that, I would definitely go back to this hotel.

I agree with all other reviewers about cleanliness and comfort. Beds are first class. Room overlooking street with mountain view was so quiet I had to have tv on to hear anything at all! Breakfast omelet was $6.95 with really good fruit, etc. Mugs and coffeemaker in room, shower very good, tub is set low so easy to get in and out with vertical grab handle, but having a bath might be difficult. Curved shower rail made showering pleasant. Iron and board but no hairdryer or safe in room. Large desk, well lit, and good free internet access, front desk loaned me amplifier as signal was weak in corner room. Sheers and good thick drapes with deep valance kept the room dark for good sleep. Location right by 36 so easy access and tons of restaurants and stores close by including Super Target and Whole Foods with good prepared foods if you don't want a restaurant. Have stayed in cheaper chain nearby but this is much nicer, and I got super low price for staying over weekend. Staff are super friendly and helpful, it's a very well-run hotel and a pleasure to stay in. Will stay there again even if it costs a bit more, it's worth it.

The Courtyard is like one of those towns (e.g. Hartford, CT) whose chief virtue is being nice, adequate, a tad wholesome and near lots of other bigger cities (NYC, Boston) where you actually spend your time.

The Courtyard is perfectly nice with restaurants and business services close by (walking distance for some), a short drive to Boulder (~ 10 minutes NW on US 36), as well as Flatirons Mall / Interlocken Business park (~5 minutes (SE on US 36).

The rooms are also nice and perfectly executed in the Marriott style. Cutting edge they are not, comfortable and consistent they are.

For us the hotel was nice after a very long day on the road and the ability to cool off in the indoor pool on a sweltering summer day. The pool is good for kids and because it is indoor would also be nice during a winter stay.

If you're looking for an edgy, boutique hotel or want to stay in Boulder itself then this hotel isn't for you. If you like your hotels nice and conveniently located to other places then this is a good fit.

We were in Boulder for a ncaa collegiate event. Many students and families were in town. Many stayed at this hotel. We were apprehensive about noise and rowdiness. However, the hotel was a totally pleasant experience and the front desk personnel were more than helpful and accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything better on a very busy week-end with many people congregating at one time. Our room was super and comfortable and every convenience was provided. I'd stay here any time. Try it, you'll like it.

This is a great hotel in the newer Courtyard design. The rooms are great and our bed was comfy. The location is superb, with loads of shopping and eating all within a very short walk or drive. This place is very convenient to Boulder, only a few minutes away, and much less expensive than places actually in Boulder. The only downside is that the buffet breakfast is $10. I don't know how many takers the hotel has at that price, because we didn't partake.

Love the Courtyard and this one was no exception. Stayed for a week to train at NITA - only a 10 minute walk away if you make the lights. Large rooms with incredibly comfortable linens (can't get over the pillows at these places!). Good size desk with great internet connection; small but adequate business center - there is a FedEx/Kinkos across the street if you need more advanced services. Spotless room and common areas; excellent service on dry cleaning and package deliveries. Usually I go for the courtyard view, but not this time around - ask for the mountain side - you'll actually get a view of the mountains and a quiet night's sleep. No room service, but Outback is across the street and they'll deliver straight to your room. I didn't get to enjoy it, but some colleagues raved over the breakfast buffet. Everyone on the staff was extremely nice and helpful.
