Description: Join us for dinner and drinks and enjoy an incredible meal in an intimate, yet casual atmosphere. Sugarbeet is a wonderful spot for a romantic dinner for two or for meeting friends and business associates. Our chef owned bistro serves a delicious and creative seasonal dinner menu with a full bar and wine list. Reservations are recommended as our restaurant has limited seating. We have a wonderful patio for outdoor dining and cocktails when weather permits.

The menu is seasonal and you must go there at various times throughout the year, to experience all they have to offer. Our table enjoyed the rack of lamb, ahi tuna, short rib pappardelle and all entrees were presented beautifully, prepared to perfection and mouthwateringly delicious!

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Longmont. It is a very nice restaurant that serves great interesting dishes. They source their food from local farmers which makes the food taste so fresh. I highly recommend to those visiting Longmont, Colorado.

We went there for our 22nd anniversary. The location is odd, but the resturaunt is very good. The food was delicious. The server was very nice. It wasn't loud, except when the train went by! We'd go there again.

We had heard good things about Sugarbeet, and the first try, while not quite up to snuff from a culinary standpoint, merits another shot. Service was spot on, even though we did have to wait as our server patiently bided his time while being pummeled with questions from a nearby Glutard.
My duck liver "pate" was actually a terrine, but quite nice. Entrees were adequate if unexciting, but there are several more I would like to try in the future.

This appears to be a food-assembly restaurant. Rather than a chef-inspired/prepared menu, we got what appeared to be pre-cooked food warmed and plated for presentation. My husband 's ribs weren't nearly as good as you can get at a Chilis. Another guest's rigatoni was served cold. The
Mushrooms were chilled as if they'd just come out of the walk-in. The meal was "re-heated" (microwaved, I guess) , and returned to the table without so much as an apology, and a full charge my wild shrimp "risotto" was some kind of gooey, rice dish that was a close relative of rice-a-roni pouch prepared meal.
