Single room (king bed) was quite large. Had a semi-walled off living room and spacious bathroom. The morning breakfast was decent (steady stream of oatmeal and scrambled eggs. I'd stay away from what looked like sausage patties. I thought one moved). The front desk was extremely friendly and provided me with suggestions on where to eat.

BEWARE - there are train tracks close by so if you're a light sleeper, you just might be awakened in the middle of the night. Probably the only shortcoming of this property.

Fantastic location.

This hotel was spotlessly clean and all staff were beyond accommodating. Travelling with a young child (18 months), they provided a pack n play and it was great to have it on the other side of the wall where he could not see us.

The breakfast was *ok*. The coffee was not great, and the walls were pretty thin (we could hear the family next to us putting a young child to bed.). Having said that, the bed was VERY comfortable and we slept great both nights. It would be a bummer to be next to a loud family or "party room".

I also loved the location. It was close to shopping so we could pick up things we were running low on at that point in the vacation. For the price, I would recommend it and would stay there again.

We were a group of 4 people on a roadtrip through the midwest and Colorado, and had no general complaints about this hotel (stayed here two nights), but found that the room is small and awkwardly shaped if you have more than 2 people. We were walking over each other the entire time and didn't seem to have much personal space. This is probably a better suited hotel for couples or smaller parties.

In general though the room was well appointed, with a fridge, microwave, counter space, and a nice pull out couch with an extra sectional couch to its right. We had plenty of towels, soaps and shampoos.

Front desk staff was courteous and gave us some suggestions for lunch options within walking distance. The location of this hotel is pretty nice, right off major roads and has more than enough lunch and dinner options to keep you busy. We enjoyed the Oskar Blues brewery/restaurant which is right across the street (don't walk over the highway, ask the front desk staff how to get there via the sidewalk in the rear of the hotel that connects you to the major intersection where it's safer.

Breakfast was good, the meats and eggs came out fresh, and the bananas and apples were ripe. The coffee was a little weak, though.

Unfortunately for us though, we would probably look for a different hotel if we had a large party of 4 again as we just found the room we were in too be too small for our liking. We would have rather paid a little more elsewhere for some more room. But don't let that stop you from staying here if you have fewer in your party, it would probably work out well for you.

We spent two nights here. Very nice hotel and folks at the reception desk. We had a king suite, which was roomy and very convenient, since my husband had a desk to work at in the separate living room. Another nice feature is that parking, breakfast, and wi-fi are included.

The folks at the reception desk gave us a couple of great recommendations for restaurants: The Med in Boulder was awesome, and Tortugas in Longmont was also very good.

The only complaint is that the walls are very thin, so you could hear people in the halls very easily. The other recommendation is to request a room on the other side of the building from the railroad tracks. The freight trains run at all hours and blast their horn three times every time they pass through. Sometimes I slept through it, other times it woke me up--most likely not a problem on the other side of the building, where you also get a great view of the mountains.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the other side of the building from the railroad tracks. They also have a great v...

We returned to stay at this hotel this June. Since our last stay in March, they actually made room improvements. It's still clean, comfortable and affordable. The breakfasts are great, and all of the staff is very friendly. We did not have any children with us, but I did notice that the kids who were there enjoyed the indoor pool. It is located far enough away from the rooms though, so the noise was not a problem.

Room Tip: If you want a better view of the mountains, choose the upper floors.

Spent five days there recently with family for a wedding and had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean and well laid out, but the staff was awesome. From the front desk, the maids, the kitchen folks.....everybody had a smile and a hello every time they saw you. They were prepared to help and assist in any way possible and they made our trip easy.

Cannot say enough about the people that work here.......

Room Tip: Request a view of the Rockies.....
