We had the pleasure of eating in Antonio's Taos location last summer, and when we started planning for our trip to Longmont, we were thrilled to learn that they had moved there! We were there very early on a Monday for lunch, and we had a moment of panic when the owner wasn't sure she had the ingredients on hand to make her famous table side fresh guacamole, but she did. It was just as wonderful as we remembered, as we're all of our meals. The only disappointment was the much less interesting location as Taos' was simply breathtaking. We will be back whenever we are in a neighborhood Antonio's occupies!
