When is the last time you've been to a coffee and donut shop and found out they ran out of sugar for your coffee??? They said the manager forgot to order it. When asked why didn't you just go to the store and get some, they relied, "It's not in our budget." On a previous visit about 10:30 am, they had run out of coffee and had to brew single cups -- which took a long time for the two of us and didn't taste as good. What a way to run a business!
