This is a good sized restaurant. The patio is large as well. The food is always fresh. The Mandarin Chicken salad and black bean soup are really good. There is free wifi as well.

Their food is good, fast, and fresh, and the variety is ample. You can sit inside or out. Can always depend on this place.

This is essentially fast food, you pick up your bagels and baked stuff at the counter and sit down with it. This is not a bad thing but you should be aware of what you are going for. There is an outside terrace but it was too cold and windy to sit out there. We had bagels the chocolate croissants, both were very good. We would go back so very good for all categories.

Even though it was a bit chilly to sit outside the covered terrace was really nice to enjoy. The food was great as normal.

This shop is close to our home so we go here regularly. The bagels are OK with a decent selection. The food is very average but at eight dollars for a sandwich and the smallest bag of greasy chips available it's pretty expensive.

The real issue is customer service. The shift manager, a red headed guy, is surly if you're not a regular. He struggled over the register to put in our order of two bagels and cream cheese like it was his first day on the job. They also take your money with the same hands they get your food with. I guess extra filth from money is something free on the side. No one smiles as they serve you and they act put out if you ask questions. A couple of times I've noticed them sizing up the customers while they wait in line. These people work at an overpriced bagelry not at Sloan Kettering yet they act so self important you feel put off just waiting in line.

When you order a mix of sweet and savory bagels they don't offer you plastic bags to separate them. They will put pastries in bags instead of plastic hard containers, too. They make the sandwiches efficiently but if you ask for substitutions you should check your order.

If you have to have a bagel or bring some for work and this is the only choice it might be OK, but we won't be back for a while. The un-smiling, self-important staff make stopping here a bad start to the day.
