Great food, a little pricey, but better than most. Super fast food prep, always good, quick in and out.

“Excellent food and nice atmosphere”
Reviewed March 19, 2012

Excellent food. This restaurant is one of the best in Highlands Ranch next to 1st Bank. Clean and nice atmosphere. Patio in summer. Our favorite is the Korean noodle bowl, Filet Mignon beef strips dinner, Chiliean Sea Bass, Seafood Nest and Sushi. This restaurant has been a neighborhood gem for many years now and still looks new inside

“Good Chinese for Highlands Ranch”
Reviewed November 20, 2011

I typically either pick-up or order delivery, but the atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and comfortable. I recommend the orange beef and honey shrimp. Stay away from the Korean BBQ appetizer.

“Our 'go to' place for takeout”
Reviewed September 17, 2011

Little Holly's is definitely our go to place for takeout. It's hard to beat their shrimp fried rice. The staff is friendly and courteous. They give you that neighborhood feel by often remembering your standard order over the phone. The dining room is nice, and I honestly recommend the sushi.

Little Holly's - a good choice!

“Outstanding Asian Fusion Restaurant”
Reviewed October 9, 2010

Little Holly's is one of John Ng's restaurants which also include Little Ollie's in Cherry Creek and John Holly's Asian Bistro, which is in the Park Meadows Mall area. We first visited Little Holly's when John first opened and was running his staff through his exacting paces. If you are lucky enough to stop in when John is in the kitchen (he splits his time among his other restaurants) you might consider asking him to make your menu decisions for you with whatever is freshest and most inspiring that day. The last time we were in he whipped up some custom sushi dragon rolls and a main dish of baked fresh sea bass in a garlic black bean sauce that was delectable.

We've been to Little Holly's numerous times (calling ahead to see if John's in the kitchen) and frequently take friends along. We've never been dissatisfied or disappointed. We'll leave it to you to ask John how he ended up in Colorado from Hong Kong and parts east if you're interested. It's an entertaining story.

While the food is consistently delicious, the restaurant is modeled on a modern European minimalist cafe style, but we're not here for the decor are we? And the locale is prototypical suburban: a small buiding at one end of a suburban supermarket parking lot, but that means low overhead and reasonable prices, right?

We love the place and will continue going. If you're in the neighborhood, it's worth a visit (or two).
