Upon arrival, the lobby was unattended and there were mcdonalds cups on the counter, we got someone to help us get got to check in and went to the room. found out there were no safes in the rooms. Went back down to the lobby , Waited till one of the two front desk personel, finished with the party they were checking in. Then the back and fourth began to see if they had any rooms with a safe in them. They had one room with a safe that was available, but it was on a floor that in two days after we checked in was going to be closed for renovations. (the entire floor was being renovated m but not to start untill 2 days after we checked in). They advised us that we could get the room, but would have to move after two days of the three day stay. ( no one could figure out that they should just give us the extra night and renovate that room, after we check out) . took us about 45 minutes to finally get this straight. then we get to the room, the safe does not work. 30 minutes later , the manager and front desk clerk, come to the room ( after I called down to the desk, and then had to go down to the desk, and saw that no one had informed anyone that the safe did not work) . they finally got the safe to work, fo a day and then it stopped working again. I know find that the Hampton suites has 100% guarentee regarding the stay that no one advised us about. I would certainly like to exercise that guarenty and get 100% of our money back. Oh, if you want bottles of water, they will give you free room temp water. If you ask for a cold bottle they will charge you. How crazy is that.
