I have been to SImms steakhouse many times. We first started coming when it was called Simms Landing. After the change they made some very modern upgrades to the decor of restaurant. It has a wonderful view of downtown and a fabulous patio. Half of the patio is covered the other half isn't. The food has always been great when I've been there as well as the service. The happy hour menu is our favorite. Fish tacos to die for, prime rib and Kobe beef sliders that are delicious and Tempura shrimp. It has a nice varitey and a decent price for a steakhouse. If you're eating dinner it is substantially more expensive which is expected for a steakhouse.
