Had dinner here 2 weeks ago and was quite impressed, especially for a hotel resaurant, in that it didn't really feel like one.

Had a decent menu and a wines selection that was relatively small but also was food-friendly.

Not inexpensive but did seem like a match of value for the food and the very good service.

Will return.

Went to la cave for Easter Sunday brunch group of 11, ,we had reseravations for 1.45 on the plus side table had view .probably the worst brunch I ever had in my life, very little food and what was there was old and cold the breakfast food what was there of it looked like it was cooked the day before prime rib was ok potatoes and carrots were cold and soggy. This was such a disappointment as La Cave was Gabby Gourmet radio show as this great new hot spot. One big plus I have to give the staff were wonderful .Would never go back.

Thank you very much for taking the time to review your experience at La Cave for Easter Sunday Brunch. We understand that reviews are very important and they provide us with valuable feedback that we take to heart to improve our operations each and every day.

I am very sorry that you did not have an enjoyable brunch at our newly opened restaurant. For our first holiday brunch, the staff arrived at 5 am to begin preparing the many different offerings. Our staff in the kitchen rotated out near empty dishes with new ones made fresh from the oven, stove and pantry. Our staff in the front at La Cave, strives to make sure that each and every guest has a fine experience, and that guests depart happy and satisfied. We are more than willing to correct any shortcomings that may occur during ones meal if we are informed. I wish we had the chance to improve your dining experience from that day.

I invite you to return to our restaurant for another occasion, so that we may have the opportunity to exceed your expectations and provide you with a fine culinary experience from our menu, or at our upcoming Mother's Day brunch. Easter at La Cave was enjoyed by many, and Mother's Day will be even more exceptional with new entrees, seasonal salads, a multilevel cheese display, and more exceptional desserts!

Again, thank you for your review. We can always improve and will continue to do so, because we appreciate our guests and want you to have a truly fabulous visit with us, time and again.

Mmmm... Maple glazed NY strip cooked perfect temperature. Tarragon chicken ... Fresh and tender. We atarted with seoul skewers and split a wedge salad. Dessert was great too, creme brulee and mousse chocolate pie. Service was good. Appetizer amd salad took about 25 minutes to come out, a little longer than expected but worth the wait. Especially on a Friday night at prime dinner hour. Music was a little loud so it was challenging to carry on a conversation. We will be back aa there are other items in the menu we want to try. Oh yeah the bread it is perfect warmth and crisp.

Tried the restaurant week menu. Food was good, but not great because it came out on the cooler side. Portion size was nice. Drink menu and view were the best part of the restaurant.

My husband and I ate here twice during our recent stay in the Denver area and were thrilled with what we found. It is located in the Sheraton at 360 Union Place, and in our experience hotel restaurants are not usually the best, but it is independently operated and could stand alone as a great dining place anywhere. The food is wonderful, we had steaks both nights and they were perfectly cooked, and the sides were delicious and not ordinary offerings, such as a wonderful mac and cheese, and scalloped potatoes with goat cheese. The appetizers, especially the small pizzas (gluten free, too) were superb. The staff was attentive. One night there was fabulous live guitar music. Nearly everything there is made on the premises from scratch. We will definitely go there again on our next trip!
