This place is a welcome addition to the applewood neighborhood. The burgers are great and the fish and chips are awesome-place has a nice feeling to it and the inside is very casual and charming. The beer selection is very good and i hear the well drinks are very good. Will be going here on a regular basis. Just too try everything.

Met some college friends at this converted 7/11 store in the Lakewood-Wheatridge area. Food and service ranked very high, prices actually were commensurate with the quality of food and the size of the portions. The customer base was young families, yuppies, baby boomers, to retired types. The only real negative is the lack of parking but there is plenty of spaces across the street. This is worth a try and the sweet potato fries were very good.

Tellers opened sometime in February 2012. This is a great place for a meal or happy hour. There are 30 taps with only 5 wasted on Miller/Bud/Coors/etc. They have a good selection of Colorado craft beers. Some hard to get beers on their list included Matilda, Boulevard Tank 7, and Deschutes Obsidian (on nitro).
The service was good with several good beer conversations regarding current and future options.
The food was great and the offerings are much better than standard pub fare. I have had the fried (not breaded) brussel sprouts (wow) and a cheese/apple/sandwhich--very good. This taproom is worth repeated visits. It is easy to get to from I-70: Get off at Youngfield and go south about 10 blocks. Parking is limited so you may have to park across Youngfield in the strip mall.
Cheers
