“Clean & Friendly Accommodations”
Reviewed October 15, 2012

After a long drive we were happy to be greeted in a friendly way. The reception was very nice and provided us with a suite for our stay. The room was very spacious, clean and included a microwave and refrigerator -- the essentials you appreciate when on vacation.

We were in town for our aniversity and a concert at Red Rocks. It was for 2 nights. We choose the hotel for location, but also by brand. We like Courtyards. We arrived early and were able to check in early. My brother in law and another couple were also with us. We had 3 rooms. At first when I made a reservation, we had trouble geeting the rooms we want, but I called and spoke with Jessica the manager a few days in advance and she handled everything. Jessica and her team were great. I told her about my special day and when we arrived she had a card, champaign and chocolate in the room for us upon arrival. My wife was so pleased. The rooms were spotless. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony also. The staff was great, Becky at the front desk help us with ordering food on our first night, she had a bunch of menu's to choose from. The common area was nice. We also had breakfast and it was good with excellent service. They had a good selection. We did get some stuff from the in hotel store, it was very conivent. Our experience was unforgettable and next time we are in Denver, we will stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: The hotel sits on the frontage road, so you need to get off a mile on either side of it.

We booked this hotel on a name-your-price site. We have stayed in the same area before because our son lives nearby. The hotel was spotless. The staff was super friendly. The location is handy to all of the SW Denver Metro area. We did not take advantage of the breakfast offered, but diners seemed to be enjoying their meals. The hotel's amenities are excellent. In short for the price it was unbeatable. Would recommend it to anyone.

Room Tip: Hotel is in a business park setting all the rooms are great.

My primary reason for visiting Denver was to see a concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater, so I chose this hotel based on its location. It was very convenient to get to and from Red Rocks, but it's a good 40-50 minutes from the airport. A car is definitely required if you choose to stay in this area. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. When I checked in, I was hungry after a long travel day. The front desk agent was quick with nearby restaurant suggestions even providing a map. With that said, there are many choices for eating around the hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well, and this was important as it was between 95 and 100 degrees during my visit. There's free Internet access in the room which worked very well. I didn't experience the breakfast buffett in the morning, but it's not a free breakfast. I believe the cost is between $9-$12. Another nice touch is there always seems to be fresh-brewed coffee for free in the lobby which is helpful for a self-professed caffeine addict. The fitness center was small, as most are in this type of hotel, but it worked just fine with ellipticals and treadmills to use 24/7. Bring a bathing suit because there's also an indoor pool and hot tub. Nice after a long day hiking or biking. Overall, my stay was excellent. Also to note, I booked this hotel through Priceline for a steal! I saved over 60% off of the typical rates ($120-$140/night) which are very reasonable themselves (August 7-9).

This was our hotel during our first stay in Denver. The front desk staff was amazing-very friendly and were quick to fix a mix up in our reservations. The room I had was very spacious and included a king sized bed which was suprisingly comfortable. Also included were a desk area and fold out small sized sofa. The decor was a little dated but the room was clean and comfortable. There was a coffeemaker as well in the bathroom. This hotel also included a free breakfast that was adequate. It wasn't as good as some other breakfasts at other hotels but it was OK. They had some hot foods, eggs, make your own waffles, bacon or sausage and some cold cereals and fruit. There is an all day coffee/tea/hot water station which was frequented by me and much appreciated. In the afternoon they have fresh baked cookies which disappear quickly. They have a miniscule "store" near the front desk with some microwaveable items (there is a microwave down the hall for all guests to use), ice cream novelties and of course some sundry items that are usually forgotten.

Again, the front desk staff made this a great experience and should I find myself in the Denver area again, I will try to stay here.

Recently stayed for two nights while attending an event at Red Rocks. While perhaps a bit dated from a decor standpoint (think 80's, cultured marble baths and counters) the hotel was completely perfect and well priced for a weekend stay. Service was just fine...

I booked a king suite which was huge. Two Rooms Two Flat Panel TVs. Lots of counter space and overall good. Prepaid for the Breakfast (5.00) which was a really decent buffet with a cook your own waffle station which is always a favorite of mine.

The indoor pool area was very nice as was the free wifi. So don't be put off by the average rating as with a little work to update the hotel to a more modern physical standard, this hotel could easily jump to very good or excellent.
