Walt & Maryann were great. Showed us around. Down home comfy feeling. Hotel was clean. Went on 4th of July had a great time. People in Kremmling were great. When you go ask for a themed room. This is one place I will return. If more Hotels would send their front desk staff to this hotel they would know what great customer service is. I couldn't ask for a better place.

Room Tip: Pick a theme room and let them tell you about the history.

The hotel was clean and Maryann & Walt are wonderful hosts. They even gave our kids a Dr. Seuss book to keep. We were there for 4th of July, which was perfect for the 4th of July barbecue and fireworks. The antiques and western decor give the place great character. We would highly recommend and plan to stay there again.

Room Tip: This is an old boarding house, so not all rooms have bathrooms.

My family and I attended a family reunion in Kremmling Colorado and we stayed at the hotel easton. Mary was so very welcoming and made us feel like family. The history of the hotel was amazing! It is 108 years old. We can't wait to come back! Much better than checking into a big hotel where you are just another face, at the hotel easton you feel like family.

This is a really unusual hotel, worlds away from the faceless chains!

For Walt and Maryann its been a labour of love to restore this amazing little rooming house to its former glory, one room at a time. Each room has its own theme and its own story. Some are quite small by today's standards, but this is more than made up for by the character and charm of each.

We stayed in the Zane Grey room, which was just great with character in abundance! And we saw the Mysterious Rider!

Maryann looked after us well - plenty of time to chat, offered us coffee and tea and lots of advice and suggestions for the rest of our trip.

Kremmling is a real 'American old town' and is full of interest and character.

If you want somewhere different, with a warm welcome and plenty of comfort, give the Eastin a try! We'd certainly recommend it.

The Hotel Eastin is a wonderful place to pause from your everyday life and connect to history, meet people from around the world and enjoy yourself in this 106 year old hotel that is very tastefully restored. Maryann & Walt are most gracious hostess and host offering homemade cookies, popcorn, coffee, tea, etc.. The hotel is very clean and a wonderful starting point in your exploration of the area around Kremmling, CO. We just returned from spending a wonderful couple of days!

Room Tip: We stayed in the Colorado room!

Excellent value. The owners go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable. Home made cookies before bed, A large shared refrigerator for your grocery purchases. Walt played his guitar and sang songs for us for 2.5 hours. Then late arriving guests asked Walt to play for them and he played more. This is where we will stay from now on when visiting our son who lives outside of Kremmling.

This is absolutely the place you should stay when visiting Kremmling. The owners, Mary Anne and Walt, really care about you and their hotel. They have a range of prices and rooms to meet every need. My son and I stayed in the Colorado room, which Walt had recently remodeled and it was perfect. The location is also ideal...walking distance from everything.
In a world with faceless chains with minimal connections, the Hotel Eastin is a nice antidote and one you will really enjoy.

We thank you so much for reviewing our hotel. We try to think of different ways to meet the needs of our guests. We are working very hard to try and add things that will be enjoyed. We just added a Hot Tub in our court yard for our weary travelers. Hope to see you soon!
