We stayed at Tennis town homes unit 1315 recently for a combined business/family trip to Keystone. We had no idea when booking what we would get as you don't have many choices when bringing your dog! We were pleasantly surprised with the 2 bed 2.5 bath town home. The bedrooms are decent size with huge walk in closets! Master us brighter than the second bedroom as it has windows in 2 sides! 2 bathrooms up and a .5 on the main floor. The main floor bath is tiny, (the closets are seriously bigger than the bathroom) feels like you are on a cruise ship! It is also very close to living room so a bit awkward. There is a pull out couch in the main living room with a 2nd pull out couch in a little room connected to the living room. The layout works well for family as there is a few places for people to hang out. The living room is about 3 steps lower than the rest, giving it a more spacious feel. Kitchen is very small and very dated cabinets but newer appliances. This is an end unit, so you have lots of natural light and great views! There is a small outdoor area with a table and 4 chairs- pleasant place to sit! Well stocked with towels, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc. there is even a washer and dryer- but you need your own laundry detergent. (Such a great feature!) there is a outdoor pool and hot tub on site (a short walk down a path from town home) the hot tub was warm but no jets. There are numerous tennis courts just a couple hundred yards away from the unit. Hardly ever anyone on them! No fitness center for the complex and if you use the one for keystone resort you have to pay $10 pp per day (not a great feature) Internet connection was good and free. Location: you are on the other side of the hwy from Keystone Village. You have to walk down a path, across a parking lot, down stairs, through a tunnel, up stairs, down more stairs and you are by the lake. Not a big deal if you are physically able to do stairs and your kids are older. I think it would be a bit of a hassle with strollers etcetera. The upside is that you are in a quiet setting with lots of natural foliage, paths and nice areas to walk your dog. Plenty of "waste stations" for bags and to throw away pet waste! There is a shuttle that takes you to other areas of the resort like to River Run (base of the ski Mtn where most activities are) Overall a great stay! Would definitely stay here again. Lots to do in Keystone! Will do separate reviews for that, but in short- you are 10 min from Lake Dillon, 15 from Breckenridge! Right at the resort there is paddle boats, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, fly fishing, biking (both easy rides on paved paths and Mtn biking with stunt bike park), hiking, bungie jumping, climbing wall, gondola rides, golfing, giant checkers, giant connect 4 game, and plenty of trinket shopping!
