“Just OK”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

Went there on New Years Day. The place was very busy and crowded. The waiter messed up our orders and forgot a few things, but I don't blame him as he had a huge section. But my wife asked for water several time and finally had to ask someone else to bring her a water. The food was good and had a great selection, but not everything was available. My brother in law order the meatloaf, but they were out of that. Then he ordered another dish and they were out of that item. After asking about two other dishes, he finally found one that they had in stock. The other issue is the location of the bathroom. We sat in the far back corner and trying to get there was a daunting task in itself. When you did get to the area of the bathrooms, you realize it is located downstairs. For those of you who have been skiing realize it is tough enough to walk in ski boots, let alone walk down or up stairs in ski boots. The food was fine, nothing special. Prices were a little on the high side in my opinion ($16 for a burger)

“Not bad”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

Good food and value for slope side bar/grill--very good serviec even during hectic lunchtime. Fine ski lunch choice and cheaper than the outrageously priced options on the mountain

“I LOVE THIS PLACE!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2014

I had wanted to stop in here the last time I was in Keystone but the timing did not work out. I am sooooo glad we were able to this time. We were able to snag a table out on the patio, which was great! The food was great, as was the beer. They have a great selection of bar food, which was just what we were looking for. The nachos are AMAZING (and HUGE). I must try when in Keystone!

“Great Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

We ate here after a day of riding the mountain- it is one of the closest places to the River Run Gondola. Cool decor. Service was great and the food was very good. It was a Saturday night, so there was a slight wait for tables, but we were lucky enough to get a table in the bar.
Good beer and specialty drink selection.

“Great bar food, LOUD”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

Kickapoo Tavern was a great restaurant/bar with tasty bar fare. We ate an early dinner that overlapped apres ski so the bar was very loud. Prices were fair considering it was a resort restaurant. Pretty straight forward.... good place to get a burger etc and throw a few back.
