One night only ya! Nothing much you can do in this quiet town of Mukah. If you want quiet and peaceful environment do come to this town and enjoying the sea breeze at the resort.

Hotel - poor customer service and nothing much I can comment more about this aspect. (No greeting, no smilling face, no direction given for breakfast venue and room). Operator/receptionist gave wrong instruction for "in-room dining" order as I want to order foods from the room and yet no one get back to me.
Coffee house - no staff stand by at the coffee house as if me and my friends were walked in to a haunted room. Eventually, I did called for foods from my room but no answered from the coffee house so we decided to go down to coffee house and dine in. Unfortunately, we waited for about 10 mins to be served by a male waiter along his handphone ringging in his
pocket (OMG). The foods - just an average standard and I didnt finished my foods so as one of my friend.
Breakfast- not much of choices. Do not expect too much during breakfast even the price was seem too high for me.
Room- spacious, clean and nice seaview but I was given an ironing board that was unacceptable standard - torn surface cloth, the hanging metal for placing the iron was malfunction/unable to pulled out.
At night so boring in this resort - no lounge or bar, coffee house seem not inviting and ended up in the room watching TV with limited channels.
I guess there will be no more second time for me but I do learnt that this is a nice place that need a good management team to give more vibrant guest experience.

This hotel has 2 wings - the old and new wings, certainly the rooms in the new wing are brighter but that in the old wing are bigger. It is nice to stay in but it will be of great advantage if you bring in your transport.

Room Tip: River view would be excellent and town view for those who like to look at the city.

Situated in the quiet town of Mukah. Do not mistaken this for Kingwood Resort situated about 10 km from Mukah town. Rates are a little pricey but do state that your are a government servent to enjoy the special rebate. Well kept rooms and clean bathrooms. As I stayed there during the off peak season, the breakfast served has limited choice; the usual nasi lemak or just western style breakie. Overall a good place to stay

Small town Mukah, a hotel situated in the heart of the town, one cant help but admire the peaceful and friendly people around. Breakfast was nice, with tasty local food. Coffee is recommended, fresh brewed local coffee. Definately a hotel one would recommend.

Nice hotel, but limited choice of food at breakfast. The room is huge and modern with split aircond unit, easy to adjust your room temperature.University Teknologi Mara is nearby. easy access to local banks and supermarket. this hotel is quite far from coffee shop (if you wish to have your dinner outside). the only coffee shop nearby is Ramlee Kebab (Malay Food). For more food Variety, you can go to open air restaurant next to the bus station but the service is soooo bad.

Room Tip: don't worry bout your laundry. laundry shop next door.

The hotel is well maintained with large rooms. Breakfast is sad when the hotel is empty, and the hotel seems deserted at non-peak times. The food is affordable and in large portions despite the price. A call to the front desk will be answered, but it may take some time for some errands to done.

Room Tip: Request for a sea view hotel.

This is one of the only " proper" hotel in Mukah town. Was there on a business trip, and notice that this is really a businessmen hotel! There is a number of big corporations and goverment agencies that books their staffs and guest here as well.

The rooms are big with split units air cond. There is not many channels on the TV, but the room is clean. The bathroom is okay too, but it will be good if they can provide a soap dish!

Check in was easy and hastle free. Should you need a taxi to the airport, you can get the front office to do it.

Breakfast was okay, nothing too faciful, but enough and was fresh. But do try and go for it early.
