This is a good stopping point to catch a quick bite on your way to the mountain resorts. The buffalo burgers are good but the homemade potato chips that accompany it are great. Service is good and the atmosphere is old western. After lunch is a good time to walk around the quaint town stopping at several of the charming stores.

Staff very friendly, food was good. Prices were ok for a tourist town. Enjoyed our meal and had a good time.

We were excited to try buffalo burgers at this restaurant, but were a little disappointed with the actual burgers. Our waiter messed up our order, but was very apologetic. The burgers were flat and overcooked. The restaurant itself was cool in that it had. A lot of history, but the food is so so. Not sure if Idaho Springs has better food, but I would try another restaurant instead.
