“Great Beer & Food”
Reviewed October 22, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

The pumpkin beer is amazing so is the Green Chili. Best place to sit is in the bar area. Get's very busy on the weekends but it is worth the wait

“Great family friendly restaurant/pub!!”
Reviewed October 22, 2013

We visit the Evergreen, CO area every year for a mini-family get together. A visit to Tommyknocker's is always a must. The Fare is always excellent with many choices! The wait staff are very knowledgable not only about the food menu but know their brews well! Be sure to try the brew sampler and you will not be disappointed! Kudos to all the folks at Tommyknockers for another great visit. Thanks!!

“I want to like it”
Reviewed October 17, 2013

Really wish I could say good things about this place. We have come here often after days in the mountains hungry and wanting a beer. They always find a way to disappoint. The food is bland and often half the table gets cold food. The service is rough and seem to really had when groups of 4+ come in. Its more of a shame than anything else because it would be great to have a consistent brewpub we could stop at on the way back from the mountains.

“Nice restaurant and great beer in a nice town”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

My wife have known about this restaurant for years, but never really had a chance to go. There was a little wait on a Saturday night, but that is a good sign. I had the Green Mountain Burger, which is a 1/2 lb burger with their pork green chili on top. I also had the Garlic Parmesan Fries and the Butt Head Bock beer. All were quite exceptional at a reasonable price. My wife had the fish and chips and that was also quite good.

My only ding for them is that the service was a bit slow. While they were crowded, you'd think that they would have enough waitstaff to cover. It may be that it was a bad night, so I'm willing to try again.
