The Canyon Motel is clean and friendly. The room was great. The wall heater was very quiet and kept the room very warm during some very bad weather. The front office has some of the best coffee that you will ever find in a hotel. It all comes at an exceptional price. The manager even made pizza for dinner. I would stay there again in a second. I highly recommend the Canyon Motel.

This was a wonderful place to stay. We rented the apartment downstairs, spacious, quiet, and clean we felt at home. With everything we needed the front desk promptly responded. It's also the perfect distance from the Hot sulphur springs after a full day of skiing at winter park. And the affordability was greatly appreciated.

This was a fantastic stay. I will go there again. The room we stayed in had a jet tub and was gorgeous. We also got a deal that included passes to the hot springs. This was awesome and was a savings. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion, towels for the springs. Their $2 rental towels are a joke!

Very nice motel in Hot Sulphur Springs. Highly recommend it. The kitchenette is a very nice compliment to the room. Very nice management staff. Have stayed there on my trip to the hot springs. Will definitely stay there again.

Room #11 has everything, a full kitchen (no oven) which is stocked with utensils as well as a great view over the canyon and town below. Having the kitchen was a life saver since the restaurants in town closed early. The heater kept us comfortable all night long (no noise), with temps as low as 15 degrees outside we were nestled comfortably in our king size pillow top bed. They even allowed our dog to be with us for only a $10 fee.

Ed was very helpful over the phone to answer my questions and Rob (owner) was very accommodating in the lobby, complete with Kuerig Coffee Maker and a great selection. Thank you Rob and Ed. My compliments to the housekeeping staff, it smelled clean and fresh.

Our #1 spot to go, when we go soak in the Hot Sulphur Springs (discounted passes too are available at the front desk).

Room Tip: Rooms 10, 11 and 12 are at the end and have a view of the Canyon from the kitchen window.

We have stayed at Canyon several times, and it the only place my wife always ask to return to. Small, but very clean and comfortable. The nicest people you will ever find. They let my 7 year son ride the ATV with one them as they cleaned snow from lot on New Year's Day. We definitely plan future trips.

I stayed for 10 days for a ski trip. The hotel is located 30 minutes from Winter Park, 1.25 hours from Steamboat and 1.25 hours from Copper. Awesome location. You can find most everything you need for an extended stay in Hot Sulphur or in Granby (10 minutes away). The management was great, very accommodating (I drink a lot of coffee), and helpful when you needed advice on a restaurant or anything. Restaurants in Hot Sulphur are walking distance, even in the cold, and there is a church across the street, you know, if you need one. The room was great too. The kitchenette in Room 1 was a nice feature to save a little money. All in all a fantastic hotel. The Canyon may serve as my base camp for years to come, especially since I now know they allow pets. Couldn't be happier and will definitely recommend to my friends.
