“Very Good Hotel”

This is very good, well maintained, comfortable hotel.

The staff, as at most HGIs, is terrific.

I would give this a 4.5 out of 5.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We walked in to a very clean and comfortable room. White embroidered duvet covers on the beds, an ergonomic chair and desk, flat screen tv, microwave and mini fridge in the room. The bathroom had granite countertops and Nuetrogena bath products. The beds were very comfortable! The hotel had a restaurant and a pantry by the front desk that stocked everything from popcorn to mini bottles of wine to Immodium! The only complaint we had was the room's temperature. We like a cooler air temperature and although it was set at 67, it felt like 70. When we attempted to turn it down further, the air conditioning unit came on and then the room became too cool. A nuisance for us but for most people, I am sure this wouldnt be an issue. The lobby was very inviting with a fireplace and comfortable chairs. I would recommend this hotel for its cental location to Highlands Ranch and the Park Meadows Mall area although the hotel was tucked away from the main roads and was very quiet.

Some friends and I were here for a scrapbooking retreat. It was a wonderful weekend. The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff and service were great. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning, and the breakfast server went out of her way to make us comfortable. The conference room we used for the scrapbooking event was perfect. Great value!

Myself and three friends stayed at the hotel for four nights. The reception staff on arrival were friendly and greeted us with smiles they were very polite. The rooms were clean and tidy every day the beds were made by the maid. They served good food for breakfast and evening meal. Although the hotel is about 40 min travelling time from the airport it's worth the distance.

Stayed here on a weekend and it was dirt cheap, but during the week it is on the more expensive side due to its business-oriented model. In either way, this was a great hotel. Staff was friendly and welcoming, rooms clean and comfy. My bed was quite firm, which I enjoyed, but not everyone does. Did not make it to breakfast, but it looked good. Great view of the mountains from the westward facing rooms, many meal choices within a short distance. All in all and very comfy stay, and I will try to bunk here again if I am in the area.

We stayed here for 3 nights - for a wedding. We didn't use the shuttle service - so can't comment on it.
The room was a reasonable size, with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. Bathroom had a tub/shower - the towel rack is inside the shower - slightly wierd. Nice ergonomic office chair and reasonable sized table along with a comfy chair with footrest.
The hotel had cookies in the lobby each night - very nice. The lobby is also well set up for meeting people - lots of couchs and comfy chairs. Also a small room where you could surf the Internet - only one computer though.
The pool/spa/workout room are nicely set up. The spa could have been hotter - however I understand they probably don't want to boil people. :-)
Very nice hotel - I would recommend it to people staying in the area.

My family and I stayed at this hotel in December and had a wonderul experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff was friendly and the customer service was excellent. We had a great time, the kids swam in the indoor pool and my husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. They also have a nice little fitness center and a great restaurant in the hotel. The hotel offers weekend packages for families - the one we used was the famly getaway that includes a movie, popcorn, candy and soda pop for four at a very reasonable rate. We had a great time and we will definitely be back!
