While my husband hasn't had the best luck with his entrees, I ordered the chicken chiles relleno the first time there, and it was so good, I've never ordered anything else. I grew up in Southern California, so am used to Baja-style Mexican food, while my husband grew up in South Texas and is used to a whole other thang. Hot is not hot enough. The pineapple-habanero salsa is worth the trip, but you have to ask for it specifically otherwise you'll just get their regular table salsa. Service can be hit and miss, and the prices are slighly higher than what they should be, but in a town where great Mexican food is extremely hard to find, this place will satisfy the craving.
