“Love this place! Our favorite hibachi!”

We are frequent diners at Fujiyama! Food is great something for everyone on yhe menu! While its pricy your paying for the food and the environment! Plan on $25 a person not including drinks! At table cooks are great beverage service slow... But worth it!

“Not worth the price”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 26, 2014

The hibachi skills of the chefs have steadily decreased since we first came here 18 months ago. And the "Tofu and Vegetables" hibachi dish was flavorless and did have any more vegetables than the normal side.

“Love this place...we're regulars”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 13, 2013 via mobile

This is the best sushi in the Denver suburbs and one of the best overall restaurants in Highlands Ranch. My wife and I eat here at least twice a month. The service is sometimes a bit spotty but they're friendly and the food is fantastic. Sushi is always super, super fresh.

“Hibachi Was the Worst I Have Ever Had”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 8, 2013

First of all let me start by saying that if you do not like butter or Soy sauce this is not the place for you. EVERYTHING had a huge heaping spoonful of butter along with a large dose of soy sauce and some other seasoning. Rice, Shrimp, Noodles, Vegetables, even the stake all had Butter and soy sauce as one of the main seasonings. My experiences in the past have been much heather than this place.

The value of the meal left a lot to be desired. I know that part of the cost is the Hibachi experience but $60 for a little rice, veggies and small piece of steak was a little too much. I left after cleaning my plate still hungry. Also, the Fried Rice was a rip off... Yes it was good but it only consisted of a little rice, an egg, and.....you guessed it butter and soy sauce. NOT worth the extra $6 they charged us on top of the already overpriced meal.

The entertainment/service was OK at best. You could tell that the cook was just running through a routine and was not having any fun at all doing it. Our waiter was excellent but we had to go through 3 plates before we received ones that did not have food left on them.

Overall the atmosphere was nice and well decorated. Could have used a bit of cleaning but none the less was decent.

For the money there are better places to go. The huge amounts of butter and salt along with the price an quantity will keep me from returning again....

“Fantastic”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 16, 2013 via mobile

We went for Father's Day, with 3 granddaughters ages 5,4 and 2 we could not have picked a better place! Jason our chef was absolutely the best entertainer. All girls were amazed by his performance. The hibachi was fantastic,we had steak, chicken and shrimp, and the fried rice was the best I have had. Very good venting of the smoke so you do not smell like hibachi when you leave like other "cook at your table"restaurants. Service was also outstanding, pricing was very fair with large portions. For a party of 11 the entire evening was a great experience and we will go back. Very good children's menu also, parking also is very good
