Great location for doing business in the Denver Tech Center and a 20 minute drive to downtown Denver. Surround by great restaurants, shopping malls and entertainment. It is about 45 minute drive from DIA.

Room Tip: We prefer either a room right across the hall from the indoor pool and hot tub or one that open unto...

Spent 5 weeks at this hotel - overall very nice stay. Friendly and accommodating staff. Being there for so long, a few minor issues popped up (card keys not working, late check out, etc.) and they were very quick to assist. A little older hotel, but they've updated the lobby area - nice for hanging out, reading or getting some work done. There is no complimentary breakfast or afternoon reception. Food service in the lobby does a nice job with breakfast & dinner, though there are so many great local restaurants, I only ate there twice. Nice outdoor seating area in the courtyard. Typical hotel room - comfortable king size bed, couch, desk area with nice mesh-backed chair and a mini-fridge. Indoor pool area was clean with plenty of towels. Biggest downside to the entire trip, though not a deal breaker, is that the hot tub wasn’t terribly hot, and the jets were very weak. The manager explained that it is a bit older, and they were debating whether to update it (new ADA regulations requiring a lift) or to eliminate it. For me personally, a hot tub is a very nice perk after a long day working.

This Courtyard was exceptional. Their lobby area is beautiful, with a step down lounge area, a nice breakfast and lunch restaurant, huge screen with up-to-date travel and weather information. The staff was wonderful.

We arrived very late and the front desk personnel was efficient and got us to our room quickly. We had to leave early the next morning. We ordered a quick breakfast from the restaurant, and they were friendly and efficient.

Our room was very comfortable. The only disappointment was that the towels didn't seem to be "Courtyard" quality - they seemed thin and small. Oh well. Everything else was wonderful.

We stayed on the first floor and our room faced the interior courtyard, which was beautiful and clean - a lovely grassy area with very nice outdoor furniture.

We just wish that we could have stayed longer at this location. We'll definitely be back.

Room Tip: We loved staying right on the first floor.

Stayed in Tech Center and took light ril downtown for a week. Walking distance to the rail station and there are a lot of places within walking distance for food or very short drive in car across I25. Its pretty central for a business stay. Its a Courtyard so nothing special but was friendly and clean plus helpful staff with even dumb questions.

This courtyard has been renovated with the new Courtyard lobby and room furnishings & decor. My room was on the basement floor in the back of the property which was weird cause you have to go up a floor then a long walk to the lobby. Other than that it was a typical Courtyard experience, modern decor & furnishings, clean rooms and common areas. The room air conditioner was a little difficult to operate, with a 2-3 min delay in starting after adjusting the wall thermostat.

Property is convenient to major highways, service roads, interstate, and restaurants. Manager gave a great restaurant recommendation and printed maps.

Overall gray stay, I'll go back.

Just spent three nights at the Marriott Denver Tech Center attending a convention. Great location to I-25!!! Easy on/off. The room was wonderful. We requested one with the view of the mountains, so we had to compromise with interstate traffic. It was worth it to have the view of the Rockies. We had a small balcony. It was not large enough for furniture, but nice to stand out on and look at the mountains. Front desk staff was extremely pleasant. Room was very clean, bed comfortable, and large TV. We were at the end of the hall, so it was very quiet. The only problem we had was with the housekeeping. We could not get them to understand there were 3 in the room. We had to call front desk to order towels one day. The housekeeping would leave cups/coffee for two even though I spoke to one of the housekeepers personally. I did ask her if she would be doing our room before making the request. Parking is the best. Very large self parking lot in front. Location was close to restaurants and a grocery store to pick up snacks. We would stay here again.

Stayed here after finding a good deal on Priceline for a Fri/Sat night stay. My buddy and I were in the area to play golf and enjoy Denver. Check-in was a breeze and the girl who helped us was very nice and offered plenty of suggestions for nearby food as well as how to get on the local train to downtown.
The lobby area looked awesome. Everything looked updated and nice, and the bar area looked inviting but unfortunately I did not get to try anything there.
The rooms had a slightly older feel but all the necessities were there and the tv was nice.
Overall, no complaints and enjoyed our stay.
