Hot in Denver area today. Lunch at The Wooden Table was beyond fabulous. The salmon was wonderfully prepared, just right. Capers, grape tomatoes, tapenade olives doted the bed of Arugula. Salad dressing ideal match. We also enjoyed some Pinot Grigio. Gary, the manager
Brought over a wonderful red wine and explained the process used for that wine. Usually we get the flank steak salad, but too warm for that. Wonderful bread also.
