I came in by myself for dinner while visiting for a job interview. The service was exemplary and the good was outstanding. Definitely would recommend as a solo or more dining experience.

This is our first lunch at this restaurant; as we have always dinner on earlier trips to visit family. No dinner opportunity was available to us on this visit; so our local family took us there for lunch just so we could split one of this restaurant's superb Magaritas (baby sitting duties that evening prevented us from ordering one each). Neither the drink nor our food disappointed. We each had a hot seafood enchilada with lobster sauce. Very good. We never miss eating at Las Brisas when we visit the family members, who live in Centennial.

We stopped in as we are always on the hunt for a great margarita (found it!). Steve was our server (actually he is the event manager) and even though we told him we weren't going to eat, he served us chips and salsa (wonderful fresh homemade salsa with just the right amount of heat), told us about the specials and gave us menus. That was our downfall...
Try the colorado chili; delicious flavor with a nice smokey heat. I licked the cup clean!
Then have the fish tacos, blackened of course; fresh with a citrus flavor yet a little tangy spice.
We also shared the Pollo Cilantro, another home run; beautifully presented with a fabulous flavor profile!
Trifecta of great service, fabulous margaritas and fresh flavorful food.
This place is a do not miss in my book and can't wait to go back!!!

Great restaurant! Excellent food, great staff and reasonably priced. Tortilla crusted salmon was heavenly.
