We got a carryout pizza from this place and brought it back to our room. Very good pizza, just as we ordered.

Thank Squidhead

We were passing through Grand Junction at suppertime and picked Pablo's using the internet. It was right downtown -- a pretty area -- and not terribly large. The pizza was *excellent* with a wide variety (many rather exotic) of different combinations. Definitely not your normal pizza shop! They also had a small-sized pizza which allowed two of us to share two interesting pizzas without undue gluttony.

The one real complaint I have is that service was slow. Even with five people working behind the counter (there is no table service) we waited a half hour. I would probably have given them 5 stars on the food alone.

Ordered a large pie for pickup; got half cheese and half mushroom with spinach. Great crust with good, fresh ingredients. The staff are very friendly too, would definitely order from them again.

So many choices...so many calories. Just when you think that you've experienced every possibility, this pizza palace "tops" them all. The menu itself was a literary exercise. I would liked to have been there when they dreamed up the possible combinations. The evening I was there, a street festival was also going on resulting in a mob in the restaurant for both dining in and take out. I was impressed with the graciousness of the staff and the excellent and quick service despite trying conditions. The pizza was made fresh (fresh rolled dough); you could see the staff working hard. While I still am loyal to New York pizza, this pizza passed the test in quality, uniqueness and taste. It's a little pricy but well worth the difference.

Yum! We shared a medium Sweet Caroline pizza and an order of baked ravioli's. Everything was delicious.

The menu has a lot of variety and it was hard to choose. We will go back next time we are in town. We actually just did take out, so I can't comment on the restaurant experience.
