“Typical Red Robin. Has it's place once in a while.”

This Red Robin is generally up to par with others in the chain. Good food, drinks, etc. Servers are usually on the ball, and the dishes are prompt. Restrooms can get neglected and dirty when busy, but nothing major. I've probably been there 20-30 times over the past few years.

If you are a Red Robin fan, this one is about the same as all the others.

Just like the commercial says "Red Robin - Yum!!!". Not too expensive and the burgers are always consistently good. Drinks are wonderful and bottomless, as are the fries.

Let me preface this review with this: Yes, it is a Red Robin, and no I wasn't expecting a 5-star meal. However, when you go to an establishment, you expect good service, and fair service. First off, seating choices. We went around 4pm, and there was a handful of people there, plenty of places to sit. For some reason, they felt it best to shove everyone to the far side of the eatery all in the same area, with 75% of the eatery empty. Not sure why that is done, but I do enjoy having some distance between myself and the other diners. Second, the service. We ordered our drinks, which arrived promptly, and ordered our appetizer at the same time. We ordered our meal a few minutes later. The appetizer showed up a little slow, immediately followed by our main course. The timing is a bit off on that. Then, five minutes into our meal, the server asks us if we want a box to go. Really? We've only been eating for five minutes. We felt extremely rushed, and felt like just another table to them. No attention to detail or drink levels from this server. Yet, ironically we watched as a family across from us were served like royalty. Constant attention to them, the kids, drinks full, fries coming left and right, yet you could hear crickets at our table (not literally), but it felt like it. The food was actually quite good, the Bacon burger and the spinach BBQ wrap were amazing. We just wish we hadn't had all the issues described above, it ruined the experience for us.

I have to confess...I Love Red Robin and this one is no exception.
Good reliable burgers and other fare, bottomless drinks, bottomless fries...always a safe bet for a basic meal.
