We arrived late in Grand Junction and Yelp and the front desk both steered us to Bin 707. It was outstanding. We sat at the bar and enjoyed excellent service and recommendations from Doug. We started with a cheese and charcuterie plate. We picked a few and Doug recommended a few. All were outstanding. For our main courses we had an incredible beet salad, gazpacho and pork loin. They were sheer delight. After dinner Doug recommended an excellent bourbon from Pappy Van Winkle. If you are in Grand Junction don't miss Bin 707.

My only negative was the noise level when we arrived. But the crowd thinned and the noise diminished.

Okay, so with any question, the Burgers are the BOMB! This place has become our "go to" place in Grand Junction. We spent a lazy Saturday afternoon sitting out on the patio with a great server who was spot on with suggestions that put a snappy little twist on our favorite dishes.
Relaxing with mint iced-tea we discussed how great a bit of vodka would be in the tea.....the next thing you know we were talking about our server's signature Ginger Peach cocktail....of course we had to.....just had to!
One other favorite drink is the Jalisco's Finest with an added muddled pepper giving it that little extra kick!
On the patio, the burgers were flying out to each of the tables. Obviously, the word has gotten out. Our server suggested a twist to the burger....add a pork taco and a touch of Sriracha. Add the Kitchen Fries (not on the menu) and it was a happy day.
TIP - Sunday happy hour from 6pm to close is a great time especially with the warmer weather and the patio.
If it sounds like we are regulars......not yet.....but we are working on it. We may be that happy couple on the patio! Bin 707 has never disappointed us and we will continue to recommend and spend our money at a great place with great people.

Pancakes don't exist here, though they are on the TripAdvisor site menu. When I told the waitress they should remove that, she looked bored and miffed.

Burger very good, French toast very good. Brussels sprouts appetizer isn't full or half Brussels sprouts. It's two sprouts pulled apart and fried up. They're good.

Menu is a little different from what's on the site. Wait staff isn't quite up to par for a #1 restaurant.

Hands down, THE BEST hamburger ever! I got the caramel onions, the heirloom tomato, and the mushrooms. DELICIOUS! Jared Leto was onto something when he gave his shout out. I recently visited because of his experience he raved about.

I also had a few drinks, The Socialite (LOVE the cherries!) and the Ernest Hemmingway.
