The hotel is pretty new (2 years old, according to the front desk clerk). The room is very nice and the bathroom is very clean.

Will definitely stay there again.

Room Tip: Get the room not facing the highway.

I stayed here on two occasions, once on the highway side (4th floor) and once on the other side (3rd floor). I didn't hear a thing from outside in either room, but noise from other rooms does carry. The stairways are nicely carpeted and easy to find. There are two elevators. The front desk staff is young and not terribly well-trained but eager to help. On the other hand, I do not recommend the restaurant for breakfast because it was 45 minutes before the food arrived.

We arrived at 9.50pm, having spent the day travelling from Old Faithful in Yellowstone - a long day. Somehow we managed to miss dinner and the delightful staff here made us some sandwiches and a pot of tea, despite the fact that they must have been ready to go home when we asked. Full credit to them and what a difference it made to us.

Haven't stayed at a Holiday Inn for 20 years, so was very pleasantly surprised at the standard of the room. Pick up from and return to airport no problem. Very efficient and staff pleasant.

This hotel appeared to be brand new. Everything was in excellent condition! It was a little bit of a drive to the shopping and dining areas we sought out but worth the drive to be in such a nice new hotel. We were visiting the campus of Mesa State College which was only a few miles away. The internet was fast and consistently worked during our short stay.

The hotel is new with a large bathroom and vanity and that is the only good thing I can say about it. If you do stay here make sure you get a room on the other side of the interstate, or you probably won' t get any sleep. Not much at this exit for food either.
We are platinum elite Priority Club members and were told that we could not have an upgrade. We were also told we could not have the 1st floor room we had requested. The only perk we got was a free drink in the bar, which was closed. We chose this hotel because Kids Eat Free, but the restaurant was closed for both dinner and breakfast during our stay. REALLY NICE!!!! My kids were hungry so we requested a micro. since there were no micro. or ref. in the room only to be told that a micro. could only be given to those staying in a suite, which they wouldn't let us have!!!!!!
We asked for directions through town to the most popular tourist destination in town only to be told by the clerk that he had no idea where it was.
Just forget about sleeping. The temperature was impossible to adjust. The fan was VERY, VERY loud and would kick on every 5 min. and blow for 1 min. ALL NIGHT LONG!!! Even when we turned it off it still ran!!!
Overall, a horrible stay!! The next morning the clerk said Good Morning, very perkily. "I said maybe for you it is. " They did give us a 500 point credit to our Priority Club account, but that hardly made up for the inconvenience of having the restaurant and lounge closed ,and the overall poor service we received. We were looking forward to a nice dinner and breakfast and being able to save a little by having the kids eat free. If I had known everything would be closed I would have definetly stayed somewhere else.

As other reviews have noted, the interstate traffic noise is ubiquitous. However, choose the even room numbers for a noise reduction. Odd numbers guarantee a sleepless night.
Free shuttle service to local amenities with pleasant driver much appreciated.
Reception helpful in re locating us after initial sleepless night.
No complimentary breakfast. Quality of the cooked breakfast unremarkable.
Its time for the Hotel to re think their double glazing policy. They are FULLY aware of the problems of rooms overlooking the Interstate.

We heard you …. And the traffic noise. Every new hotel has some kinks to work out, but one of them shouldn’t be a noisy night. We are pleased to announce that we have completed our noise reduction work on the interstate side of our hotel, including adding new double-paned windows to all of those rooms. Our new hotel just got a little newer and we have been told from guests that the results are quite amazing.

If you stayed with us during our first year and were disturbed by the traffic noise on the south facing side of the hotel – please give us another try.

Stay in any room in our hotel and sleep peacefully or we will make it right.
