When we got to our first room there was dirt inside the bathtub and all over the bathroom floor. Coffee stains all over the desk and end table. Extremely dusty and smelled like cigarettes. The manager changed our room for us, She was very nice. The second room was just as bad. White stain on the red accent pillows, coffee stains again all over the desk. The coffee pot was dirty and an old liner was inside with nasty coffee grounds. We stripped the bed and decided it was to late to go some where else but we will never go here again.
My husband gets a bit claustrophobic in hotel rooms so I picked the Ramada because they had patios/balconies. It was really very quiet in spite of its close proximity to I-70. While the room was a bit small, it was well appointed for travelers. And the customer service folks with whom we dealt were all very nice.
