We stayed here for 3 nights.
Pro: comfortable clean beds, parking,Internet, breakfast are free, hotel rate of about $99 first night, then about $89 consecutive nights

Cons: every time we entered our non smoking room smelled like smoke, pool is an outdoor pool, bathroom is very small, breakfast has very limited selection

We stayed for three nights. Our room was in the ground floor facing the pool. It was a very dark room. The room itself was nice and clean, good beds/pillows, reasonably priced, and ideally located for our trip. It's not to far from Denver. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very fine. Unfortunately we were disturbed with a lot of roadwork outside - VERY noisy. We booked this hotel for the pool, but we could not use it. It was not clean (probably because of the roadwork outside) which was a big disappointment for us.

We reserved this LQ location after another one nearby wouldn't honor our LQ Gold points for a discounted night. Recently remodeled lobby and rooms were in great shape. Exterior lobby area nicely landscaped. Pool area included a gas grill. Right next to I-70 but no noise problem. I'd stay here again.

I've stayed here several times, and hope they return to the same quality I've come to expect.

This motel is under renovation and not in the best shape. There’s trash all around the construction dumpsters (a hibachi, an old mattress and box spring, all kinds of cigarette butts and scraps of paper) and the sidewalks desperately need a power wash. Work on the rooms goes until 10 pm.

The pool area wasn’t cleaned during the 3 days we stayed there (there were towels on 3 chairs that were there when we arrived that were there when we left.). One of the gates was padlocked shut the whole time.

The room we stayed in had been renovated, but wasn’t finished. The air conditioner started squealing an hour into our stay, and wasn’t fixed until the next day. No A/C meant the room was terribly stuffy as we tried to sleep.

The bathroom floor had a piece missing, and the adhesive they used to put it down was out-gassing and smelled just awful.

The breakfast was Ok, standard continental breakfast fare (coffee, juice, bagels, yogurt, cereal, waffles, hard boiled eggs and some fruit)

On the plus side the beds and linens are new in the renovated rooms. The bathrooms are large, the water pressure is good. You can't beat the location for proximity to the mountains or downtown. The employees are terrific, albeit overworked and understaffed.

This motel has the potential to be very good again and I'll give it another try.

Room Tip: Ask for a renovated room.

The people were friendly but we had a dirty towel hanging in our room when we checked in and then I stepped on an old gum drop while walking around our room. There was a lot of noise until late at night(midnight or later) and the room smelled of masked cigarette smoke. We will look else where next time we stay in the Denver area.

Stayed here two nights while exploring Rocky Mtn Natl Park and area. Rooms were very clean and nicely prepared. Front desk were very cheerful and check in was fast. Free breakfast each morning was well stocked and we were greeted warmly each morning by helpful staff. Great value for the price. TV and choice of channels was also great!!

The staff went above and beyond to service all my needs. Highly recommend. Great room. Over the top on service. At breakfast all staff including the GM were talking to the guests and making sure they all were happy. One of my best stays ever.
