“Local spring Break entertainment.”
Reviewed April 4, 2013

Heritage square has been around for quite a while. Now 48 yrs old, I went there as a teenager. It hasn't gotten any better in 35yrs. We went there the last week in March 2013. We were hoping to find some reasonably priced fun for the kids. The Alpine slide was closed, That is their main attraction.

I just want to let people know that they have three amusement attractions
- The Alpine - closed, That is their main attraction and probably IS worth the money.
- Water Walker, is part of one of the very small amusement parks.
- The other amusement park.

You have to buy separate tickets or all day passes for each park. The tickets are $1.25 each and the rides take 3 t0 8 tickets. ( this does not include the Alpine slide) The all day pass is more expensive than going to Elich's or the Denver aquarium. The rides are not even as good a county fair carnival.

My advise is go for the Alpine Slide when it is open and save the rest of your money and go to Elich's or the state fair.

“Fun for the family”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

Was a fun relaxing place to visit -close to city but out of the city (barely) - hogback hills separate it. Seemed to be something for everyone. Will go again and take out of town guests with children.

“Heritage Square Village has lots of kiddie rides”
Reviewed March 18, 2013

There are many rides for children ages 3 to 7. The train goes all the way around the park and is fun for both adults and children. The Alpine Slide is a hit with the teenagers. A large number of the shops seem to have closed. There is also a small childrens theater at the park.

“In need of Fixing UP!”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

This place needs alot of TLC! The Alpine Slide used to be fast and fun. Now the slide was slow and not much fun at all! Most of the rides were out of service. Dissappointed!

“Overpriced and not kept up”
Reviewed February 5, 2013

Honestly, the place is cute, but it needs to be kept up to date and the pricing should be consistent with the quality of rides, etc.
