Heritage square has been around for quite a while. Now 48 yrs old, I went there as a teenager. It hasn't gotten any better in 35yrs. We went there the last week in March 2013. We were hoping to find some reasonably priced fun for the kids. The Alpine slide was closed, That is their main attraction.
I just want to let people know that they have three amusement attractions
- The Alpine - closed, That is their main attraction and probably IS worth the money.
- Water Walker, is part of one of the very small amusement parks.
- The other amusement park.
You have to buy separate tickets or all day passes for each park. The tickets are $1.25 each and the rides take 3 t0 8 tickets. ( this does not include the Alpine slide) The all day pass is more expensive than going to Elich's or the Denver aquarium. The rides are not even as good a county fair carnival.
My advise is go for the Alpine Slide when it is open and save the rest of your money and go to Elich's or the state fair.
