Hotel was in a great location, outside noise was limited. Breakfast buffet had good variety of foods and beverages. Housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning rooms.

We had various issues with the rooms we were given. We booked 2 rooms and one of them was dirty. The next one they put my in-laws in was also dirty, complete with bloody sheets! Finally, the third room they were moved too was actually clean. The room my fiancé and I were in was fine except that the front desk gave another guest our room when we were already settled in; my fiancé was in her underwear when a guy opened our room! How do you make such a horrible mistake?! Lastly, the entire hotel smelled like cigarettes; you couldn't walk the hallways without almost suffocating.

I booked this through Expedia. I was sorely disappointed. When we checked in we were informed that the elevator was out of order, not a problem for us we take the stairs anyway. Little did we know that our room would be right next to the stairs. Needless to say tons of foot traffic at all hours. The stairs on the first floor are carpeted, but the rest are not. The room itself was nice enough. The location is good, but return I would not. We also had the luck of having a constantly running toilet. Even with out best efforts to fix it.

Room Tip: Request an inner room and not one with an outside entrance.

We stayed at this hotel as a mystery hotel. I have never participated in this feature of expedia and I will not do it again. I wanted an inexpensive stay for two nights and the cost was appropriate at $55 a night. The room and hotel has not been updated, as shown by the worn drapes with holes in it to the crumbling light shade, and the old bed. In the bathtub a rubber mat had at one time been glued to the surface, but it had deteriorated to where pieces of white gelatinous goo surfaced at each use. I have not stayed at a Ramada for many years and this reminds me of why that is the case!
