We visited the hot springs on our way back from a summer trip to Aspen after recommendations from friends.Very nice scenery. It was like a spa for me and a water park for the kids. Very good time for the family. Definitely relaxing for me and the kids had a blast. Everyone wins!

The hotel staff is friendly & helpful. My well traveled husband complimented the breakfast saying "it was one of the best offerings of variety he has come across." My 5, 11 & 14 year old kids enjoyed the pool and will never forget the brief smell of sulphur, a good learning moment. The city offers so much to do! Each day of our 5 day trip was full of activity.

My husband and I visited Glenwood Hot Springs for our anniversary. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was great; friendly and informative. I've never been cared for at a resort as well as this. Our room was very comfortable and overlooked the pool. We parked our car thinking we would drive to town to explore, but found that Glenwood Springs was an easy walk over the bridge. The Althletic Club was awesome; not just a room with a few exercise machines. They have classes, racket ball, a large weight room, so much! I loved that the full breakfast was available until 11:00 am. Then there's the pool; so relaxing! We had such a great time. We'll definitely be back!

It was our 30th Anniv. it was sssooo... perfect. We retraced where we went on our Honeymoon. Couldn't afford to stay here then (we stayed with family). Would encourage everyone to stay at least once. Stayed at the lodge & went to the Spa. From the minute we walked in we were the center of attention. Got the date night Package! It had the room with champagne, Massage for 2, mineral bath & breakfast. Worth every penny!

We were on our way to Aspen. We flew into Denver and decided to stay over in Glenwood Springs before going on to Aspen. Perfect place to start our trip. The hotel is very easy to find... right off I-70. We had a queen suite on the fourth floor which overlooked the hotsprings. The room had a small balcony. It was perfect for my daughter and I. The room was spacious and had a little fridge, coffee maker, etc. The beds were comfy. Folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The hotsprings were warm and relaxing! Plenty of chairs around the pool. We took advantage of the spa and had massages. Great little stay.... Only downfalls, would have loved to have had a restaurant on site as we were tired and hated to go get in the car to find dinner. We had breakfast the next morning on site at the Grill (which was included in our room). It was confusing. No one told you where to order and the menu was confusing. Food was okay 0 nothing special. Wasn't overly impressed. However - no huge deal - nothing that would stop me from going back. But may go out for breakfast instead of eating at the hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a view of the hotsprings! Its very pretty.

We took our 5 yo grand-daughter to Glenwood for 3 fantastic and fun days. Each day there, we had to drag her out of the water. Warm water, diving rings to pick up off pool floor (bought in pool shop), and pool passes and hot breakfast included in lodging package made it easy to have some semblance of relaxation for the grandparents even if we were exhausted each day from all that swimming. And...all the employess - at pool and at lodge - were very friendly and helpful.
