This was our third time at Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge. They have done a fantastic job with the renovations! It all looks fabulous! Always clean. The staff, as usual, pleasant and helpful. Nice that now they added to the complimentary breakfast the omelettes and hash browns. Of course, the best attraction, without a doubt, is the "mineral pool and spa". Best way to relax and rejuvenate. Also, the convenience of just crossing the street and having it all there, it is just awesome. We will definitely continue to return as often as we can to enjoy this wonderful place! A piece of heaven at Glenwood Hot Springs Lodge.

This was my second stay at the Hot Springs Lodge. All the rooms were recently renovated. The rooms are comfortable. Each room has a fridge and microwave, along with a coffee pot. Good quality bedding along with comfortable mattresses.
Daily breakfast and passes to the hot springs are included in the price. The hot springs and cafe are across the street, down 2 flights of stairs. Robes are provided if you book a spa package. Coffee is available in the lobby every morning.
Each October the Glenwood Springs Historical Society sponsors ghost walks through the Linwood Cemetery. This is Glenwood's Pioneer Cemetery. On the walk you meet different pioneers from Glenwood. On our walk Doc Holiday and Kid Curry were there and shared their stories. Several other pioneers also shared what their lives were like as residents of Glenwood. If you enjoy history and ghost tours I recommend this walk.

Room Tip: Select a south facing room on a upper level. From these rooms you have a good view across the hot springs pool and downtown Glenwood Springs.

We spent a long weekend at the Hot Springs Lodge in Glenwood Springs, CO. We had taken the train up from Denver for a girls getaway weekend. The lodge is newly remodeled and was really clean and well maintained. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel stay includes passes to the hot springs pool which is across the street. The stay also includes breakfast every day - the breakfast is also located across the street at the pool which is a little inconvenient but not too bad since we were going to the pool anyway. The first morning the restaurant was really busy, but the staff did a good job of keeping all the food replenished - and the breakfast also includes made to order omelets with hash browns and toast. Everything was fine. We suggest bringing a robe and shower shoes or sandals to go to and from the pool, because the changing rooms can get crowded. We went in November, which happened to be unseasonably warm, so walking back in forth in robes was not a problem. The walk is less than 5 minutes, but includes some stairs if that is an issue. All in all, we will be making this an annual tradition. We also did some spa treatments at the Spa of the Rockies which was wonderful - located in the original bath house (all renovated). Worth the trip.

Room Tip: We stayed on the south side of the hotel which overlooks the pool. You get some road noise and pool noise if the sliding door is open - but they do close the pool at 10:00 pm. The other side of the hotel is probably quieter, but not much of a view.

If a relaxing weekend is wanted this is the place..Took the train in from Denver for a short weekend in mid October " Weather was beautiful " The walk to the Lodge was short and you get the view of the pool looking toward the Canyon ..The women at the desk were friendly and helpful the Check in was effortless Rooms were wonderful , beds were comfy and clean . The breakfast was good and the Pool relaxing and we had plenty of space between groups and could maintain a calm relaxing experience , the water was clean and the hot spring's water was 100 + in the therapy pool. The larger pool was very warm and soothing and evening swims were perfect very few people in the water " Loved it " ... I will recommend and return soon... Donna : )

In preparation for deployment I decided to get away for a mini-vacation to Glenwood Springs. The amenities are what sold me for this location. Free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast, parking, unlimited entry to the Hot Springs pool. The room was spacious, beds were comfy, view of the springs was okay from our location. The town has many restaurants within walking distance which is nice if you want to have a drink or two. Everyone was friendly. I enjoyed time here with my son, mother, boyfriend very much! We took a quick trip to Aspen, Vail, and just enjoyed the area. It is probably nicer in summer months due to some parts of the springs are being closed for winter. Overall, i would easily recommend this location especially for couples. Disappointed that my 11 year old was not allowed in the Athletic Club which basically kept us completely out.
