This bed and breakfast deserves it's top rating. It has all the elements that cause people like us to choose for a bed and breakfast instead of a corporate cookie cutter lodging. The owners were on hand to insure that all the details were in order and the food was just perfect with lots of great fresh coffee. This is the real deal with extras added in.

We stayed here last February (2011) and loved it so much, we had to return last month (Feb. 2012) for another amazing stay. THANK YOU Jim & Sharill Hawkins

Jim and Sharill are a delightful couple who's hospitality is only matched by their breakfast they prepare for guests. We stayed in one of the rooms within the main house and it was clean and comfortable. Jim gave us a tour of the property and the other detached cabins the next morning and they were all charming. We plan on staying in the old milkroom attached to the barn for our next stay. Great people, great experience!!!

Any time of the year, any room/cabin you pick, you can NOT go wrong here. Everything is super clean, the keepers are friendly and warm, and the food is absolutely top-notch. I can not recommend Four Mile Creek highly enough.

First off this is a bed and breakfast and so if you are looking for a Ritz Carlton then stay at a fancy hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable, rustic B&B with loads of charm then you should check it out. The owners are very nice and they certainly try to make your experience a pleasure! The breakfast is fantastic! Definately a crowd pleaser! We stayed in the house and so we shared a bathroom with another couple. We knew this ahead of time and that was fine. The house is a bit off the main road but the drive is worth it because of the atmosphere.
