“Great experience!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 22, 2012

Had the spinach enchilada--memorable. The cabbage salsa is unique and something special. Cold night, wound up from travel--the hot Cafe Nudge with whipped cream topping was just the ticket. Excellent service. Will definitely be back when we travel to Glenwood Springs.

“What a complete waste of money”
1 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 19, 2012

The food was below average and over priced. The margaritas were gross. I am genuinely surprised they won any sort of award considering mine consisted of over sweetened mixed and a dash of tequila-or at least that's what it tasted like. The food was overly greasy. In the end I pad $80 for something I didn't like. A big disappointment.

I ate dinner here one night while in town on business. The Service was fast and friendly and the food was very tasty. I will return.

“Best Margarita in town”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 12, 2012

This place makes a FANTASTIC Margarita. Their food is also extremely good with some of the best service in town.

Prices are more than reasonable.

I would definitely go here again.

“Not Tex, But Still Good Mex...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 10, 2012

We stopped here for a late lunch primarily because it was right across the street from the Best Western we were preparing to check into. Being displaced Texans now living in New Mexico, we weren't expecting much and the scaled-up fast-food atmosphere didn't enhance our expectations. However, the service was prompt and friendly although hampered somewhat by our waiter's inability to habla Ingles. However, with my pidgin Spanish and his equally limited English, we were able to get business taken care of.

We chose to eat several appetizers and all were excellent, quite flavorful and picanté (spicy hot) to just the right degree for us. We want our Mexican food spicy and hot but not to the extent it overwhelms the flavor senses. And while this wasn't the Tex-Mex cuisine we prefer, overall it was quite good, far better than we had anticipated. Best of all, after spending a long tiring day driving in the convertible, we were served the best part of any Mexican meal, ice cold cervezas in ice cold vasos (glasses). Hmm, do you suppose maybe that influenced my opinion of the food?

If you're staying in Glenwood Springs, this is a good choice for both good food, cold beer and efficient service.
