The beer at this brewery leaves a lot to be desired, specifically, taste! It is average, nothing to rave about. We did not have a meal, but we did try desert. And, based on that, I am glad I did not waste my appetite by dining here. The young man tending bar acted as though he would rather be anywhere but at his job. The other waitstaff we encountered seemed very friendly.

The brewery has a very laid-back atmosphere, with friendly service, and a generally fun environment. The beer is great, often times creative (they have a pumpkin brew in the fall that is very delicious - you can taste the pumpkin!). The food is great, too. I especially love their salads. We eat there often... when we are in Glenwood.

This was my second time visiting the Glenwood Canyon Brewing Company in Glenwood Springs. When we first arrived we were seated promptly and ordered some of their micro brew beers for the table. They had a good mix going on and they were very good. After this We asked the waitress what food she recommended for us. We let her decide for us and she picked some amazing entrées including chicken enchiladas, beer cheese soup, and ribs. Overall the food was great and the staff was awesome too.

Brewpub fare, I had fish and chips, stacked in a cone...kind of hard to eat, little pretencious for a brew pub. Fish and chips were good, good amount. Beer was good, service friendly, greeted nicely, server friendly and efficient. I would go back.
