“Great pastries”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 7, 2011

We’ve ate here before and went back again over the 4th of July weekend.

We got there fairly early and we didn’t have to wait.

They have amazing pastries. We each got a pastry and then shared the el rancho omelet. The green chili that came on it was very good.

We will definitely go back again. Food was excellent and service very good.

“Better then Breakfast in Bed”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 3, 2011

Rosi's is clearly the place to go for a special breakfast especially on the weekend, as indicated by the wait list of devoted patrons. The new menu is phenomenal with its creative omelet and Benedict options ( where else can one get prosciutto for breakfast?). The pork green chili is "oh so" savory as is the delectable hollandaise sauce. Fresh fruit, homemade everything, sinful pastries, and friendly service; it's a delightful way to start out the day. The atmosphere is charmingly Bavarian. Great coffee as well from a local company. You can't get this at village inn.

“Great food & Bloody Mary's”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 21, 2011

Exceptional food pumped out of a closet sized kitchen- a must visit over any chain diner in the area. Our kids loved it too! Homemade Bloody Mary mix & the spicy bean make a morning before the hot springs.

“My favorite breakfast in Colorado”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 17, 2011

My husbands family lives in Glenwood, so we drive there about once a month from Denver. Every single time we go, we make a stop at Rosi's. I have never been disappointed! Their Veggie Benedict is soooo good. It is a toasted English muffin with artichoke hearts, tomatoes and hollandaise sauce. Their danish's are also very good, but be sure to order one when you order your main meal, as they need to have time to heat it up for you. As it is a smaller place, there is usually a line when you walk in the door, but we have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes or so. I highly recommend this place!

“fun place to go but could have better service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 25, 2010

My husband and I always go to Rosi's when we visit glenwood springs. It is fun and different and the food is a little expensive but usually very good. The last time we went the services was horrible. the waitress just did not wait on us very much at all. never came back to refill the coffee. We asked for more and she did not bring it. We did not leave her a tip because the service was soo bad but over all I would say a place to try because the food can be really good if you get the right thing. I ordered the peach pancakes last time and it was not good at all but the waffles are great.
