We came in right at closing but they graciously sat us. The location s difficult to spot from the road. It's somewhat hidden in a downstairs storefront.
We started with bread and wine. The bread was fantastic and home made. The wine was reasonable with a decent selection.
I was craving real Italian pizza and it did not disappoint.
The tiramisu was off the charts amazing and the coffee so smooth.
The staff was so nice and helpful.
I hear the brunch is amazing too on the weekends.

fresh and authentic Italian. I can't wait to try their Greek on special occasions. Hard to find, but worth it.

The restaurant was crowded so we sat at the bar. The pizza was good although not the best we have ever had and we had a good bottle of wine. The pastas that came out looked good. The service was good.

After a day of hiking my wife and I were ready for a meal to reload. Trattoria Dionysia did not disappoint. Given the quaint size of the restaurant and the fact that the owner/chef is doing the cooking, they have a sizable menu with plenty of choices. You could make this a really nice Italian dinner as we did, or a simple pizza outing with the kids and anything in between. Natalia prepares much of the menu from scratch including pastas, breads, and mozzarella. Prices are very reasonable and you can get some nice value wines to pair with the meal. Our waiter was Andrew and he was informative, attentive (but not overbearing), and had a great personality. Everything we ordered was exceptional, but if you have room for a few extra calories don't miss the Provolone Al Forno as a starter!

If you want to try really Italian pizza then you should probably go to another place. Here they serve American-style pizzas - thick(even if you ask them to make it thin), much cheese and some strange flavoring. Good pizza, but definitely not Italian.
