I have wanted to come here for a while and finally made a point to, sure glad we did! The ambience is really cool, they have knowledgeable and friendly servers, and the food was spectacular. We started with the chips and blue cheese, so good!! My husband had the duck and was in heaven since he doesn't eat that often. I had the eggplant cannelloni and it was excellent. The presentation of their food and their menu is awesome! Such fresh ingredients and reasonable prices, will definitely be back soon!

We stopped in at the Pullman after a busy day of hiking and the food and service were superb. Like all great restaurants, the Pullman offers foods you never thought would go together, but do. In my case the pleasant surprise was the spicy and delicious Kim-chee, which was served in a little bowl blended with blanched peanuts. I thought that was the show-stopper until I dug in to a heavenly butterscotch dessert with a buried sedimentary surprise of coarse salt. Absolutely delicious! A Colorado wine from Jackrabbit Hill was both affordable and as good as a Chianti from the house tank in a Firenze wine shop. The service at the Pullman couldn't have been much better. A very pleasant dining experience in a cool neighborhood right across from the Amtrak station.

It's not a great surprise anymore to find good food just about anywhere you go in the country these days, but this place was certainly a cut above. Highly recommended

Had dinner at The Pullman late October 2013 with 3 girlfriends. Food was very unique and presented well. Appetizers portions were good, and it actually took us a while to decide on what to eat, there were so many choices. (The scallops were excellent, as were the mussels.) They serve bread before your meal that's to die for. Bartender Steve was GREAT. We'd made a reservation and were glad we did, because it was packed. There were families with young children as well as couples on dates. All in all, a great place. We plan to eat there any opportunity we have.

The restaurant was hopping and jumping,.There was not a table to be had so I was glad that we made a reservation even though the website said that one wasn't necessary, I would definitely recommend one especially on a Friday or Sturday night. Many prior reviews noted that the menu was sparse. I completely disagree. There were many selections from comfy mac and cheese to Duck Breast to Scallops and everynight a special "shoulder specialty" Beef, Lamb or Pork cooked with vegetables to delectability. The wine list is most affordable especially the house red and the house white which are seved in a 2 glass liter for 3 dollars, a total bargain. There is an extensive dessert menu. We chose the bread pudding and it was the best. Despite the crowd, the service was attentive, no waits for anything. The atmosphere is very "au courant" modern in a big city way though still quite cozy. This restaurant is a must do happening place in Glenwood Springs.
