Great location with in walking distance to central downtown. Liza and David were very informative, nice and engaging. Liza's breakfast was tasty and plentiful! The B & B is a return trip for sure. We can't wait to see the finished deck. The gardens are very inviting. Would recommend staying here if you want a quiet environment. They provide bikes for free, not tub in back, water bottle use, and free wifi. What else could you ask for? :)

Lovely small B & B just one block away from many of Glenwood Springs best tourist attractions. Liza was a wonderful host. Her quaint two bedroon B & B surrounded by a beautiful flower garden was a very pleasant place to stay for a couple of days with an excellent cooked breakfast. She provided bikes to ride the canyon pathway and the Hot Springs were within easy walking distance. Well priced in comparison to other B & B's. Highly recommended.

After telling all of our friends, it will no longer be the best kept secret that this is a wonderful bed and breakfast! We've been in many, and this ranks up with the best: cozy, comfortable, and convenient. Bike or walk around town and to all the attractions, enjoy the thick, luxurious, towels and linens, and soak up the gorgeous flower gardens. We were also blessed enough to stay while a lovely couple from Australia was visiting, which made our stay even more enjoyable. David wasn't around while we were there, but Liza was a gracious and helpful hostess. We would love to go back!

Excellent B&B for a weekend away from Denver. The food was delicious (and Liza was lovely to make sure what she was planning was okay with everyone) and the house itself was wonderfully furnished. We were provided with everything we needed and more (towels for the hot springs so we didn't have to rent them down there, maps and restaurant recommendations, as much tea and coffee as we could handle). Liza was very helpful, her dog Jessie was very friendly, and we would certainly stay here again and recommend this place to anyone else looking for a nice weekend away!
