We walked in on a Saturday night before Mother's Day and had immediate seating. There was a musician playing keyboards in the lounge who was quite entertaining while we were eating.
The Hawaiin Poke appetizer was different than true Hawaiin style, but I would argue that Fin's makes it better. Fin's cuts the ahi into smaller pieces and does not use as much brown sauce for flavoring. The ahi was served on cucumber, which really made a great combination. The quality of the fish was great. Highly recommended appetizer.
The lobster mashed potatoe is served as a side, but it should be ordered to share. Of all things, this was the culinary highlight of my trip the Glenwood Springs. The combination of bits of lobster within the mashed potatoe was fantastic.
For entrees we ordered the Grouper and the Mahi tacos. I would have enjoyed the tacos much more if the fish had not been fried. Otherwise, the quality and presentation of the food was very good (see pictures).
Our server was very attentive, but there weren't many other people in the restaurant.
