We have stayed at this hotel 4 times over the last 3 years our son has been in Denver obtaining his Ph.D. from the University of Colorado. Each time, very quiet, spotlessly clean, very friendly staff, good breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub are very clean. The neighborhood seems to be free of crime. Conveniently close to just about everything in Denver, and on a main street--Colorado, that connects with all parts of the city without much hassle (Denver city traffic is pretty congested no matter where you go....). They always have cookies in the afternoon, and coffee and tea is available 24 hours a day. We will stay here again, we love it!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. We were not disappointed. The room was ready when we arrived and was spotless. The front desk (Zack) was so helpful with providing information on places to eat, etc. The next day, the front desk gentleman, (didn't catch his name) was very helpful in providing information on the train and how to get around. The employees at this hotel all act like they want to be there and they love their customers. The breakfast area was full of everything you could possibly want for breakfast. The hotel is in a great location, close to Cherry Creek mall and lots of restaurants near by. I will definitely be coming back to stay here when I visit Denver.

My daughter and I took a quick trip to the Denver area and wanted a hotel close to attractions without being too pricey. This hotel fit the bill. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk was was super friendly and helpful in suggesting must- sees and giving directions. The free continental breakfast was very good and plentiful. We drove into the mountains for a few days and decided to come back to this same hotel for another night because our experience was so good. We were very pleased with our stay both nights.

Our trip was on August of 2005. Family of three (two adult and one 1.5 old). Reserved the hotel using employee discount from Hilton hotel but did search the area to be close to Denver downtown and fun places. As always rooms were clean. Staff brought baby crib and show us how to open and use it. Front desk were very helpful for directions and close attractions. They offered us to drive down to Colorado Springs since there were many places to visit. Such as Seven Falls, Garden of Gods, Great Gorge etc..... We visited North Pole and small park with different rides form kids in different ages. Our 1.5 yr old enjoyed the most. Breakfast was perfect and hot. I like there orange juice since it was fresh and delicious. Will recommend this hotel to all friends and family members and if we visit Denver again for sure this hotel will be in or list.

The staff was very friendly - typical Hampton. Room 219 was clena and spacious with a wonderful bed. Free breakfast is very good served ina nice ambiance. The location in fine with restaurants and shopping nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

On the evening of our arrival, we decided to go to the lobby to read because there was no adequate reading space or light in our room. Suddenly, there was a commotion and we heard that an 11 year old girl was trapped in the elevator. The desk person seemed to have no idea what to do about it, but thanks to another staff person, she was rescued. However, it was revealed that the other elevator had not worked for over a week - but nothing had been done about it. So both elevators were shut down. It did not appear that the desk person attempted to call the elevator company emergency number to get them to come and repair them. Instead, he said that we would have to walk up to our room on the 5th floor. (He did offer us a room on the first floor, but all of our belongings were upstairs!) I have had open heart surgery, a hip replacement and some spine surgery and even one flight of stairs is troublesome. But there were a number of even more disabled and very elderly people in the hotel - all of whom had to climb to their rooms. We felt that this was very negligent behavior on t he part of the hotel which actually endangered their guests' well being.

We are sorry that the elevators weren’t working during your stay. The elevator company was fully aware of the situation, however, due to the nature of the repair we had to wait for the parts to be shipped to our repair company. They have been repaired but obviously they inconvenienced you and we cannot apologize enough for that. Also, we are aware of the situation in the breakfast area and have been cooperating with the police in capturing the individual responsible. We have also revised our security procedures to ensure there are no future problems of this sort. If I can be of further assistance please feel free to contact me.

Not a bad place. Just needs some rehab. The couch in my room was broken and a bit tattered. Couldn't sit in it as you sunk in. The room just felt old. The staff was very friendly. The location was fantastic and the parking was plentiful. Breakfast was fine. Typical Hampton fare.
