I just wanted a cheap place to get a night's sleep before an early morning backpacking trip. It's a nice little motel, and everything seemed fine until, after showering, etc. (bathroom seemed very well kept and clean), I turned down the blanket and noticed hair and lint on the sheets. I phoned the front desk and they brought me a clean set. Kinda skeeved me out, but it was too late to do anything else at that point. Not their fault, but someone in the next room had the TV on all night, though not extremely loud, just enough to be annoying. Other than the sheet incident, I was reasonably pleased. Left before the continental breakfast started, so can't comment. They do offer 24 hr coffee (reg & decaf), and a coffee maker in room. Also a cozy TV lounge area, I think w/ a fireplace.

Geogertown is a great little western spot with a few stores, restaurants, motels and interesting sightseeing. We chose the Super 8 because it is located in the middle of the town and reasonably priced. The room was clean and accomodating of our needs.

My fiance and I drove from Greeley to go to Black Hawk Casinos and stayed at Super 8 because it wasn't too far away and it was an awesome price. We stayed in a large room with two beds and it was very clean. There was kind of a funky smell in the room but nothing we couldn't handle. The "log cabin" type of rooms were really cute and it was tucked away in the mountains whcih was nice.

I wouldn't use this facility for a destination base but it was perfect for an overnight stop. We had interstate side rooms but the road noise was nonexistant. We are light sleepers but slept soundly. The parking area could use more light in our opinion. The bathrooms are small. They verge on "pull your pants down in the hallway and back in" but then again we weren't using them to play raquetball. The sinks are outside the bathroom so it was all good. The beds were comfortable. We didn't eat the breakfast so can't comment there but it had the typical free food fare. Price was right for the facility and area.

My main complaints are the location, outside the town right next to I70. I wasn't comfortable here, my room was right next to the freeway and noisy. The room had one small window, no view, and a tiny bathroom.. I could see light coming through the doorframe of the room and the noise in the room was much better after I wedged towels in the edges. The room was clean and the hot tub area was very well maintained and clean. The front desk was fine. The breakfast was pretty minimal, oatmeal packets, bagels, bread, danishes, cream cheeze, a toaster, coffee and tea. The town was really cute and had several nice restraunts and bars, in future I would prefer to stay in another hotel closer in to town and further from the freeway.

Pretty typical for a Super 8, but hope that your neighbors are quiet. We could here conversations in adjoining rooms as if there were no wall.

Rooms were spartan with dim lighting. Beds were comfortable. Convenient location to I-70 exit at Georgetown.

We arrived at 3:00 pm to check in only to be told that the room was not ready but we could wait in the lobby for 20 minutes or so. We decided to do some sight seeing and told the clerk that we would be back in a couple of hours. We came back at 5:15 pm. At first the clerk could not find our reservation. When he did, we were again told that the room has not ready. I asked him if they had given our room to another guest. He said "no" that it just was not ready yet and again asked us to stay in the lobby again until it was cleaned.

Once in the room the clock did not work, there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and the walls were so thin that we could understand the people's conversation next door. We would not stay there again.
